I hired Cougar Gulch Construction for an office remodel. From my first phone call to the final walkthrough of my office remodeling project, Cougar Gulch Construction exceeded all expectations. The bid process was comprehensive and professional. The pricing was detailed and fair. During the project, the communication was consistent and clear. I have never worked with a firm with more professionalism and better customer service. Cougar Gulch has many differentiators from your typical construction company. While the remodel was in progress, I had my own personal project portal where I would log in daily and receive updates and pictures highlighting the progress made throughout the day on my remodel. They are true craftsman. The quality of their work is exceptional. They run a tight job site and clean-up the site daily. Their motto is “make a commitment and keep a commitment”. They demonstrated this guiding principle by completing my remodeling project 2-days early. I would highly recommend Cougar Gulch Construction for any construction or remodeling project.

I cannot say enough about how pleased I am with the installation of my patio lighting by Cougar Gulch Construction. This was my first time using a handyman service. Thomas was very professional and friendly and answered all of my questions. He showed up at our agreed time and he brought all his own equipment. The precision and attention to detail was beyond what I expected. He took multiple measurements and checked in with me on the plan before installing anything. Every hook was evenly spaced and the lights perfectly fit my back patio. Throughout the entire process he was prompt, professional and courteous. He really does put the customer first. I will definitely be using Cougar Gulch Construction for my handyman needs in the future!

House gutter cleaning. Was on time, got the job done quickly and efficiently. Cleaned gutters and downspouts thoroughly. Made sure downspouts were completely clear and functioning correctly. Job well done!!
