Terrible work that was done on our house by McMillan. Within 2 years, I called them about there not being adequate attic airflow. I was hung up on. Fast forward some more, roof started leaking. After inspection by another company, it was determined to be a bad install. I then acted like someone else and had McMillan out to do an estimate. I asked the people when they were here what they thought of the install and that it was faulty. THEY CONFIRMED THE JOB WAS NOT DONE RIGHT…INCLUDING ON THE NEW INVOICE! After I received the new work invoice, I told him that they had done the work previously and he didn’t know what to say. I asked if he had business insurance to cover a new roof install. The owner said he would come back out to look at the situation, but there has been no attempt to fix their workmanship on their end. No flashing used, improper sunroof installation, did not replace rotting plywood under new work, and more DO NOT TRUST THESE GUYS!
