I was pleasantly surprised when Pool Construction was unable to provide an estimate for a home remodeling item not listed in their system, even though the price was clearly indicated on the tag. They kindly informed me that I couldn’t proceed with the purchase at that moment. I think they were awaiting the expert knowledge of a specific team member, possibly Emmanuel or Russell, to integrate it into their system. This dedication to accuracy and fairness is commendable.
