We used Northwest Home Pros to remodel our kitchen and the main floor of our home after we experienced some water damage. Patrick was great to work with. He was on top of things, had good relationships with his sub contractors and was quick to respond. Alex, who took the lead on the actual construction, was meticulous, easy to get along with and highly skilled. We are very happy we chose Northwest Home Pros. -Chris & Tracy

How do I start!! NWHP Inc was recommended by a friend and this company turned out to be the miracle we needed. Our home was gutted due to a cracked pipe that steamed the whole house from underneath. The damage included under the house, the entire inside of the house, and upgrades needed to be done because of the age of the home. Patrick was amazing from the very start. Staying with us thru handling the insurance (nightmare!), to the end of the project. Patrick was professional, kind, sensitive with a wealth of knowledge, as he guided us through the process. His crew was also exceptional!! (Hi Alex) Especially Alex who took the time to explain what he was doing when I stopped by. As you can probably tell by now…We (the whole family, which Patrick wonderfully put up with, especially me) HIGHLY recommend you consider this company for your project. Our house is now brand new!!

Let me begin by saying that I wholeheartedly recommend Patrick and his team at NWHP’s for your home project. Patrick’s first project with me was a small addition where we converted an upstairs outdoor deck to an interior room. There were plenty of challenges connecting it all to my existing home (foundation not level, rot that needed to be repaired) but I was impressed with his and his crew’s creativity in solving problems as well as with the quality of his crew and subcontractors. I was so happy with the work that I asked him to bid on a much larger project to renovate my entire first floor including taking down a wall between my kitchen and living room. His bid was very competitive, and I was pleased to hire him for that project too. It is now completed, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. We replaced virtually everything: kitchen cabinets, appliances, countertops and tile, light fixtures, flooring, doors and woodwork, paint, fireplace tile and mantel, moved plumbing and completely updated the powder room. I often find myself standing in my new main floor and kitchen and admiring how beautiful it is and how well it functions. It was a long process because we had a lengthy delay waiting for the engineering on the wall removal (not Patrick’s fault) but they did everything that they could while we waited and then moved forward as quickly as possible once we got the final plan approved. They pushed hard and they were able to get my family back into my main floor partially for Thanksgiving and completely for Christmas. Like so often with remodels, there were many times along the way that we had to be creative and solve some issues and we really functioned like a team. Again, Patrick had a great crew and truly outstanding subcontractors, but his lead carpenter/project manager Alex really stood out. Alex was at my house nearly every day and I cannot say enough about his work ethic, craftsmanship and what an incredibly kind and generous person he is. And Patrick was always available to talk and help with any issues or concerns I had and as the project came to an end, he made sure that I was happy with everything. They all became like an extended part of my family and while of course I am happy that the project is complete, I genuinely miss them, and I am grateful that they were the ones to do the project for me.

I spent quite a while looking for a contractor, and of all the contractors that did an estimate, Patrick was the only one that responded to my calls and that I felt comfortable with. He was very helpful in explaining the best way to do certain things, while also listening to my suggestions and getting it to look the way I wanted. He was very patient with me along the way, and I’m grateful for that. He also worked very hard to keep the costs down for me, and we had open communication about the changes to the cost after the job got a bit more complicated than expected. I was very happy with his communication and I did not feel cheated at all. I am happy with how the kitchen remodel turned out. Our space was very small and so there was a lot to work around, yet Patrick still made it happen. He knew I had a strong attention to detail and he worked very hard to try and get as close to what I wanted as he could. In the end, the kitchen looks great. Thank you!

We have been dreaming of remodeling our dark closed off split level home for over 10 years. We are thrilled with the truly awesome transformation Patrick and his Northwest Home Pros crew created! Our entire house was remodeled, including the addition of new plumbing and electrical, removal of walls, and addition of wide open spaces with quality aesthetics such as detailed millwork and statement piece tilework. The crew was on time everyday, worked long days to finish our project in record time, which is even more noteworthy in these challenging times. Any request we wanted was heard and mountains moved to get it accomplished….so even adding to the scope of the project, they still delievered quality in an impressive timeline. We are living every day in the house we dreamed of and cannot be more grateful to Northwest Home Pros for making that dream our reality.

We were very pleased with the quality of work that NWHP did on our kitchen remodel. Patrick, Alex, Josh, Gabriel and all the other workers did a great job. They listened to what we wanted and did their best to give us what we asked for. They knew there was a budget and found ways to stay within the budget limits to give us a quality kitchen. We would recommend NWHP to anyone wanting to do a remodel.

Choosing remodeling my kitchen with Northwest Home Pros was a great decision. Patrick and his crew and subs were here every day. NWHP was highly recommended by the design company (Fitch and Company) that we had hired. We were newbies to remodeling so with 3D renderings in hand, we called and the owner of NWHP. Patrick came over that same day to meet us. We liked him and felt comfortable having him give us a bid. We had our bid in a couple days, he brought it over in person and went over it with us. We had a hard time line so he wasted no time and started demo the same week. We were happy with all his crew and subs. They were all very good at what they did and were careful, courteous and always on time. Between choosing a great designer and and a great company (NWHP) the process was much easier then we anticipated! Our kitchen is beautiful! Next we will remodel our master bath and we will be hiring Northwest Home Pros to do it.

My wife and I were very lucky to find Patrick. After months of failed attempts to locate, interview and select the right General Contractor – 5 total, we found Northwest Home Pros. The complete inside of our home had a massive facelift! New custom cabinets, and vanities throughout the home, including kitchen and 3 bathrooms. LVT floors, carpet, plumbing, electrical, quartz counter tops etc. This process took approximately 4 months. Patrick and his team, where intimately involved from day 1. The tile work throughout the kitchen, showers and bathrooms, brought a whole new definition to the word beautiful. We did hire a separate interior designer for this project. Patrick utilized their prints for construction specifications, changes to original home layout, and updates. Including, the installation of all kitchen cabinets and hardware.
