Alex remodeled the first floor of my house in 2022. I had never done a remodel and I was very nervous because of horror stories that I have heard regarding difficult contractors, but I got so lucky with Alex. He was always on time, there were no delays, he was patient with me while I worked out my decisions, and he does incredible work! I honestly believe that Alex is part expert contractor and part artist. He redid my entire kitchen, 1/2 bath, all new flooring, tile on the fireplace, light fixtures and other smaller details like a front doorknob and new glass in my back door. He also helped me move my furniture, which was so nice of him. Not only is his work beautiful, but he is also so much fun to be around. He has a great personality, he is very kind and helpful, and he sings while he works 🙂 Alex is a lovely and talented person and I 100% recommend him. I don’t believe anyone can go wrong with him.

Alex, his team, and his selected sub-contractors exceeded our expectations of completing an interior remodel in different areas of our home. They were timely, communicated efficiently, up front about any concerns, clean, and fairly priced for high quality work. We have since used them in smaller projects and will be contacting them for larger projects to come. I would add 5/5 remarks for friendly and caring, with a customer-first approach in project decision making.

Alex is a very talented, honest good man. He has done several jobs for me, including a good size total redo of a town house. He’s installed vinyl plank flooring, cabinets, trim molding., windows and doors. Has excellent plumber, electrician and hvac guys. Even though we moved out of Idaho, I consider Alex a good friend now and keep in touch.

Alex completely rebuilt our Master Bath in prep for new tile and fixtures. His work was top quality and on budget. He is extremely fast and responsive to changes. We’re planning a kitchen remodel and he is our “go to” guy for the work.

I was referred to Sabau Construction by my plumber when I had a leak in my shower that was damaging the ceiling in my living room. I got a response and a visit the same day. In looking at my problem, it became obvious that another had already attempted this same repair, and I was looking at a redo. Start to finish was incredibly fast, and my ceiling looks brand new. You can’t even tell there was any damage. I would trust Sabau Construction with all my future needs and will not call anyone else should the occasion arise.
