Great place to work for they are patient understanding, they don’t place judgement, from Shane in the office out to Alex Johnson and Tyler in the field , Alfred at the yard all of the supervisors are awesome people . I like this company .

Had a recent run in with one of there employees, not sure if I spell this correct but “Jarek”. This is my first review and someone gave me a reason to do it, if Wollam has employees such as this man, there’s no wonder why you wouldn’t go with them. Most people off the clock will blabber, talk negative, and blast people with what they’re doing wrong. Not this guy, what a drag they’re a dying breed. He is a true professional in this trade, Transparent and showed true value for the company. What a drag they’re a dying breed.

Good place to work and very nice people and benefits sound great but unfortunately full-time is not for me I like being a rig welder and continuing on with my search and if anyone want full-time with great benefits wollam construction is there for you!

So I read the reviews I’m very impressed that the owner takes the time to answer the reviews that he gets there are poor that shows integrity. Something hard to find these days in a construction company I recently got laid off from another company and will probably be putting an application in at this company as in a heavy equipment operator this sounds like a company that I want to be a part of.

Have done many projects with this company for many years. Hard working, believes in safety, honest and a great crew to work with. Wollam has been a General Contractor on projects that we have worked on and they have also been our subcontractor.
