We hired this company to do a luxury bathroom renovation. We settled on a very hefty price. Paid in full, the bathroom reno started in February, it looks like this today. Builder was found to be unlicensed, permits weren’t pulled, and the new licensed company has found an extraordinary amount of errors that need to be fixed. To finish will be several thousands of additional dollars with the new licensed company. We have every right to be able to advise people about how this company absolutely did not fulfill his obligations, even when paid in full.

Mike and his guys were very professional and excellent communicators. They were on time and did quality work. They painted my kitchen and repaired drywall in the ceiling where there was water damage from the previous owners. They also repaired a rust spot in a metal bathtub. The cost was extremely reasonable. I’ll definitely be using them again for other projects, and I’ve already recommended them to several friends and family members.

Mike has been extremely professional. After building another home for two years and being exhausted with 90% of the subcontractors, I didn’t think that honesty, punctuality and professionalism can be expected from many contractors. Mike and his crew proofed me wrong. They renovated my rental home. They scraped the popcorn ceiling, installed crown molding, painted all rooms, and installed new flooring. Mike will be my go to person from now on.

Mike and his crew were fantastic! Very easy to work with, very responsive and got the job done quick and when they said they would. Our floors look beautiful and our back porch looks fantastic. I highly recommend Emerald Coast Homescapes to anyone needing indoor or outdoor work done!
