Nate and his team did great repair and renovation work at our home. The direct line of communication with Nate regarding the scope of the project was stellar, and we are pleased with the results. A long list of items, from front entrance door replacement, siding repair, bathroom tile replacement, to LVP installation were done with meticulous care. We will look forward to working again with S&D Remodeling for our future needs.

Nate is very knowledgeable about all things construction, honest and dependable. Not all remodeling companies specialize in general contracting, but Nate is a general contractor that knows all the in’s and out’s of every job, small or large. I’ve been a carpenter for 15 years. I’ve worked all over the country for a few different companies and lots of independent contractors. S&D Remodeling has been one of the most, if not the most, professional and attentive contractors I’ve worked for. Nate (the owner) has an eye for detail that is unmatched. If you’re searching for a high quality contractor, look no further. Not only is his work top notch, he is wonderful to work for also.

This company is AMAZING! They were initially referred to me by a company that produces covered screen patios to install one at my home. Nate and his crew did a fantastic job building the project – they are true craftsman with a commitment to excellent workmanship. It’s now my favorite space in my house! I also hired S&D to do an emergency exterior wall replacement on my mother’s house to remove and replace a section of wall that was rotting due to water running into the wall. They did such an amazing job with the repair that you cannot tell an entire section of the exterior wall, siding and all, was removed and replaced! Nate is professional, straight-dealing, and competitively priced. He was great to work with on both of these projects and made the whole process a breeze. You will not go wrong hiring S&D!
