I own Quality Lining Co., Inc. We furnish and install geomembrane pond liners as well as various industrial projects. We recently completed a 2 acre pond lining project with Baisley Excavating. I’ve been in the business for 30 years. These guys are the best of the best. They broke up and removed rock. Sifted all of the fill. Were right on target with elevation control, compacting, benching and preparing the subgrade for the liner. Moved quickly and had three times the equipment than what we typically see. They are extremely professional. I know that on this particular project Baisley Excavating stepped in to replace the original excavating company as that company was in over their head and not making any significant progress. The owner was very dissatisfied with the original dirtwork company…. now he’s thrilled with the results and is keeping them on site with new projects. I can’t say enough to relate how good these guys truly are. Justin Baisley has a great crew of professionals. I highly recommend them and look forward to work with them again.
