Not only did they store equipment on my property but when confronted I was given every excuse possible on why they could not have taken the equipment and stored it at the proper storage site. “We would have had to take it all the way to Rodgers lake rd” I was told by the superintendent. I have no legal remedy for the trespassing and the illegal storage of the equipment. So I will be posting here and being very vocal. When I asked to be compensated for the storage and I asked to have the ridges and danced fixed by the next morning I was laughed at. “We have a 4 million dollar contract with the city” I was again told by the superintendent. I had no idea that a contractor was so far above the common man. I wish the company well as they are a massive operation who have no consideration for neighbors and take full advantage knowing there’s nothing that property owners can do. I pointed out another issue with the damage and I was told “prove it” again completely unprofessional and uncaring. This is by far a TERRIBLE company!!
