I love the job he did on my bathroom! Every line is perfect. Everything is immaculate. Beautiful finish work. I’m so proud of my bathroom.

Bathroom remodel. Did not install tub as per manufactures directions. Plumbing was a nightmare, had to get personally involved to correct errors. faucet did not line up with tub drain, again had to point out error. Finished tile corners had numerous chips which had to be repaired by a different contractor to make cosmetically correct. I installed toilet and vanity as argument ensued regarding chipped tiles. Used wrong reducing clamp on sewer pipe in which I had to go to plumbing supply and get correct piece in addition to new miscl. plumbing fittings to replace ruined pcs. because of lack of knowledge of high end fittings. Electrical GFI in panel was installed incorrectly due to lack understanding, had GFI installed at outlet instead for tub blower motor. I bought special tool for him to cut in door saddle in which he started cutting off line on oak flooring luckily I caught his error, and his helper had to continue cut. he did do a good job on sub flooring and making things square but it was nothing but stress and sleepless nights. Fixtures were all high end fixtures in which he had no knowledge of. Helper was excellent in his attention to detail and good thing we at least had him. Sal and I parted ways and I finished up project myself, he is a friendly guy and a very hard worker and am sure he means well. His labor rates are reasonable and most of items where done fine but major errors where unacceptable.
