Pat and the team he brought in were wonderful to work with. Super flexible, easy to work with, very conscious on cost savings without cutting quality. Super responsive to our needs. They responded to our stress levels and drama that comes with a large project (for us) with professionalism and understanding! They worked very well with other trades, even the most difficult and unprofessional ones with ease while keeping us in the loop. The turnaround of this project is impressive! Can’t appreciate them enough for all their dedication and hard work!

Patrick and his team were absolutely fantastic! We needed our front porch redone and as soon as I met Patrick and talked through what we needed/wanted to do, I knew he was the right fit. Patrick and his team were communicative and respectful, and did such a great job. Our home is over 100 years old, so it was important to me to be able to keep the original elements while making the porch safe and durable and they did just that. I will definitely be working with Patrick and his team again in the future.

When constructing our home, my wife and I were initially overwhelmed by all the decisions we had to make. But working with Aspen Ridge Builders made the process much less stressful and put us at ease. Patrick and his crew were professional from the start. From minor details like the cabinet doors to more noticeable details like window and door casings and the stair railings, everything was done with such precision; it’s astounding. Even issues or changes we needed to make were handled without major delays. With all of the subcontractors involved, it’s apparent that Patrick selects professional and friendly crews. We could not have had a better experience with the crew from Aspen Ridge Builders!

We had the pleasure of working with the Aspen Ridge Team on our newly built home – and we could not have asked for a better Company to work with or a better end product! We love our house. Pat was always up front and transparent about all things going on even when there were little bumps in the road. If we gave a suggestion or an idea he listened and the outcome was always exactly on point – take for example the trim – we found a picture of a trim design we wanted and he made it a reality and it is the item we get the most compliments on! His crew always left the job site immaculate and always went above and beyond! The workmanship seen throughout our an Aspen Ridge Built home is that of excellent detail and top notch quality . We would without a doubt recommend Pat and the Aspen Ridge Team any day of the week!

My husband and I recently relocated to NH and purchased a home that needed a few renovations including and full master bathroom remodel, new tile around the fireplace and a new mantel, as well as all new paint and carpet. We are so thankful that we were referred to Patrick as he did an excellent job and made our vision for a new home a reality. He was responsive, and professional throughout the whole project and even squeezed us in over the summer and got us in our new place ASAP! His work is exceptional and he has a gift for detail and design.

Contacted Pat after a word of mouth referral. He offered a very comprehensive, transparent estimate. He made us aware of our options and was very patient and offered very thorough answers to our questions. He started and finished the job within the estimated time. He was professional and left his work area clean. Finally the work was beautiful. It is easy to see that Pat takes a lot of pride in his work. There were absolutely no flaws in his tile work. This was also in a 1800s home with lots of variables to overcome. Pat does not disappoint. I never give 5 stars but for Pat and Aspen Ridge Builders I absolutely feel its appropriate. Hard to articulate how pleased we are. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

We are so happy that Patrick was able to fit us into his schedule and take on our kitchen floor replacement. It was a great experience start to finish. We are especially grateful for his skill, attention to detail, sense of design, and sensitivity to our schedules and budget. We love the end result, and look forward to working with him again on our next project

Working with Patrick and his team was nothing but amazing. They built our fully custom built house (Beech Hill Custom) from the ground up. Our first meeting was the week before we closed on our property and he stood with us in the rain as we planned out our dream house. He’s extremely professional and responsive and always kept our project on time. We often added additional touches that we felt the house needed and they would work hard to get us the best prices and squeeze things into the original timeline. We’ve been in our home for over a month as the sitework gets finished and they are still checking in and even helping us out on a few things that have come up. As we moved along the process Patrick has also had great recommendations on finishing touches and advised us when something may compromise the integrity of the house. I truly can’t say enough great things about working with Aspen Ridge and will recommend them to anyone who asks!

We met with multiple contractors when we first started planning our master bedroom and bathroom renovation and none of them were the right fit for the job. When we met with Patrick we immediately knew he was the perfect person to take on this renovation. He was incredibly easy to work with, a great communicator, and manged the renovation flawlessly. He helped us take an idea and turn it into something far above what we thought it could be. He gave us great advice and input on what would look best aesthetically and went out of his way to make sure we were happy with the results. We had a set deadline to have the renovations complete and he finished on time and on budget even after we added a few additional “surprises” to the project. To say he went above and beyond is an understatement. While we were having our hardwood floors refinished, the main floor of the house was off limits. This didn’t stop Patrick from getting the job done. He climbed a ladder to the second floor of our house carrying paint in order to keep the project on track. He met us at Lowe’s on a Saturday to help pick out materials, and on multiple occasions he was there on the weekend working. We have already planned our next projects we’ll be using Patrick for and cannot highly recommend him enough. Thank you, Patrick for helping give us our dream home!
