I want to take the time to personally thank Alexis from HQR for providing exceptional customer service from start to finish of the dining room ceiling repair project. Alexis thoroughly assessed the damage and provided a clear explanation of the repair process. His expertise is evident. I appreciate that Alexis also provided orientation as to how to work with the insurance company. Alexis is very knowledgable and was willing to answer any questions that I had throughout the entire project. I felt confident that the dinning room ceiling repair project was in good hands. I also appreciate that Alexis was so accommodating, finding a convenient time for the repair that fit my schedule perfectly. Alexis’s team were meticulous in their attention to detail as they made the repair, which resulted in a flawless looking dining room ceiling. Alexis’s team worked efficiently and were able to complete the repair in a timely manner without sacrificing quality. Overall, I couldn’t be happier with the service provided. Amir Levy is honestly one of the best things that has ever happened to me professionally. I truly thank the lord for letting me meet that man. He’s genuine, hardworking, straight shooter, and extremely capable. You will not regret hiring him. You’ll get the best price for the highest quality work out there. I contacted 6 other companies for a full bath remodel and before even met with the last 3, already knew Home Quality was the one I was going to go with. He’s very detailed and takes into consideration everything. I’m very hard to please but do not have a single complaint about the entire project. Not one. He will over-deliver. I promise you.

We used Home Quality Remolding for an Attic/Roof repair on ourhouse. Alexis was our project manager and he was on point from start of the project until the very end. He made sure all of our questions were answered, he was patient, understanding and helpful! We had a ton of questions and Alexis took his time and made sure we had a clear understanding of everything! All of the workers that worked on our house were amazing and trustworthy! During my interview of Ron for a bathroom remodel estimate, I was convinced of his knowledge and experience. What particularly won me over was his commitment to keeping the house livable while the single bathroom was being completely remodeled (I’d just need to shower at friends’ houses for a little while). His crew, under Alfonso’s lead, completed the enlargement and entire remodel of the bathroom in just 3 weeks providing excellent work. While Ron’s estimate was distinctly above the other two I considered, the speed and smoothness of this potentially disruptive project made the price well worth it, and the resulting bathroom is beautiful.

Ron from Home Quality Remodeling and his team did a fantastic job adding a second story bedroom and bathroom to our home last year. This also involved redoing the family room on the first floor including removing an existing brick fireplace to make-way for a new insert and new surround. The work was completed efficiently and with quality results and we are very happy overall. Most importantly, Ron has stood by his work, we have had two minor issues come up since the completion of the work and in both instances he has had a crew out to evaluate the concern within a day or two and then quickly worked with us to create a plan to address and fix the problems. He was easy to communicate with throughout the entire process and if any other home improvement projects come up in the future we wouldn’t hesitate to use HQR again.

Ronnie was our project manager from Home Quality Remodeling, he provided us with a fare quote to do our master suite and our family room. The workers where on time daily, great communication during entire project. The end result was a beautiful new master suite with a huge walk-in shower and additional storage room. As for the family room they did an amazing job adding the stone wall around and up the fire place added built in cabinets and book shelves. Job was completed and we are happy with the end result.
