McDermott was our contractor for the build-out at our local fitness studio, Row House. They were incredibly easy to work with and responsive to requests from us as owners as well as our corporate franchisor. The install went smoothly and the team was great at adjusting to the needs of our business. We’ve referred several other local build-outs to them as well as the quality and value are top notch.

McDermott did a great job on my Behavioral Innovations project in College Station. My Superintendent Stephen was so proactive and easy to work with! Very professional and excellent workmanship. I will definitely use them again! Love these guys!

Our organization approached Marcus McDermott for a bid involving a challenging renovation, plus a new addition, to our sorority house in College Station. As managing member for this project, I appreciated the time and thought put into the bid, along with a clear understanding for all factors that could affect our desired outcome…most importantly, our challenging time-line. Each aspect of the process was well communicated and any concerns were handled successfully. Under the capable oversight of Stephen Martin, project manager, the subcontractor crews were very professional and performed to the standard set by McDermott. Not only was our project completed on time, it exceeded our expectations for quality and performance! We couldn’t be happier with our new, beautiful facility! Thanks McDermott and associates!

They took on our project that took on a life of its own and that roller coaster of a project demanded flexibility and outside the box thinking from everyone involved. They did not hesitate to get in the mix and help get things done where they could. Stephen, their project manager for our build out, was a very hard worker and also went the extra mile when he saw opportunity to help make things better.

I would recommend McDermott Construction for any TI/New Build/ Renovation needs. They were able to work with my budget, and strict timeline and got the work done! Appreciate both Marcus and Stephen for working so closely with all the subs and keeping them accountable for doing what they needed to get done. If you are looking for a General Contractor who is honest, professional, and trustworthy give them a call!
