A 4+ rating. I really enjoyed working with Jacki, she was helpful, knowledgeable & patient… Cuz let’s be honest, us women have a hard time making these decisions 😉. We were building in Cheyenne, yet still lived out of state so communication was key. She was very responsive to emails. Spoke with Mike once, and he was very helpful as well. My only concern was the mural I purchased for above my cooktop. I envisioned it being installed having the white tile border all the way around (as if framed), and it ended up meeting with the countertop. I probably didn’t communicate that, but didn’t realize it completely fit that space vertically. A phone call, text and/or pictures from the installer would have been nice so I could clarify my desire for that mural, as a row could have been left unused OR the whole thing turned horizontally. Ultimately, they did a wonderful job, installers were professional and kind. Carpet is soooo soft, LVT looks beautiful and tile work is seemless 😊 Can’t wait to move in!!

They have done all of my bathrooms and have been wonderful and did the jobs in a timely matter. They look beautiful and I would recommend them to anyone needing a bathroom remodel.

tried to charge be 5000$ for less than 200 square feet of space , then tried to charge me 1100 for less than 50 sq ft lol. NO THANKS! nice try tho 😂

Cheyenne Tile has done several projects for us. They are always on time, polite and helpful. I have been 100% satisfied with my tile, floors , granite and marble. Thank you to Mike and his crew.

I have used Mike and his installers to do several tile and flooring jobs at both my residence and in commercial settings (floors, bathrooms, showers) and I wouldn’t use anyone else. Cheyenne Tile and Stone uses experienced installers that are true to their trade and it shows. Mike always stands behind his work. Again, I wouldn’t use anyone else. I have always been completely satisfied.

I originally went with this company because Mike was nice and seemed knowledgeable. He gave me a quote on a sticky note with the price for an undermount sink which we ended up not needing. He told me it was $400 less without the undermount sink which needed more finishing for the granite countertop we were requesting. When he finally got out to our house and saw everything we wanted a more concrete quote which we were told was not necessary… the tiny post it not was sufficient. When me or my husband tried to get more concrete details from the lady who answers the phone she became pretty huffy. Their lack of communication was irritating. They would tell us last minute when things were finally ready to go ahead. In the end, they charged us the full amount of the quote even without the undermount sink saying we were lucky they didn’t charge more. I would have gone with one of our other options had that been the case and wish I had. They didn’t even bother to cover anything in the drawers when they had to do some grinding so there was a thick dust of granite all over everything in our drawers. Overall I would never choose this company again for any work.
