I hired them to clean an entire house that was all tile throughout. They were easy to communicate with, took the time to thoroughly explain the process and expectations. They arrived on time and the price was fair. After they were done I saw a few tough spots that needed more attention. No problem. They came back the next day and took care of the issue and we were good to go. I’m using them again for another job and expect the same great results.

Irvine was incredibly professional and friendly. The service was done quickly and the carpets looked beautiful. The whole house smelled great after, too! Excellent job on cleaning our carpets, we have had the carpet cleaned twice by Gator carpet cleaning. Highly recommend using Gator carpet cleaning if you have pets. We have had other carpet cleaning companies in the past clean our carpets, but we weren’t very satisfied with the results. However, after our experience with gator carpet cleaning we will continue to use them for our carpet needs.

Hello, Mr. Ervin came today and saved my life! My dog got sick the other night and she literally destroyed her room. The smell was so bad. I cleaned what I could but I knew I needed a professionals help. Mr. Ervin came and I promise my carpets look BRAND NEW. He also educated me on how he was cleaning and treating the carpets. This was a great experience & I will be using again!! I called the person to discuss my appointment. The person I talked to on the phone explained pricing in detail & I thought the pricing was very reasonable and scheduled my appointment over the phone. They came to my house on time & for the service I needed, they were very efficient and thorough. My house & carpets smelled from my dogs and I told them this & they used special cleaners to not only get the scent OUT but also a nice scent to leave it with that didn’t just cover up the smell (I waited until that initial scent wore off more & I smelled the carpets to write this review) – the smell of dog is still gone & I am SOOOO happy!!! I plan to use this service every few months to keep my house from smelling like our dogs. The payment was easy & I was able to use my credit card at my house but they took other forms of payment too. Also, I didn’t get their name, but the person doing the work at my house was very professional & really kind! He did great work. I will definitely be recommending this service to others.
