From my first encounter with the team at Chateau I knew I had chosen the right company for my kitchen remodel. Everyone from the design consultant, project manager, carpenters, plumber, electricians and tear down crew were very professional and respectful individuals. Not only to myself but to each other. They all worked seamlessly together. I never had an uncomfortable moment discussing and planning for my remodel. They listened to me and my ideas and we moved forward together with the process.

When I first contacted Chateau, I felt like I instantly clicked with designer Megan. I was lucky that she became the designer on our project. What I envisioned for our bathroom, Megan was able to bring to life, except she made it even better with suggestions on details from mirror sizes, paint colors, etc… clearly her area of expertise of what works. I love that she was able to read my mind of what I wanted! And then working with our project manager, Jeff… he was able keep us updated on details and was very easy to communicate with. Jeff and the rest of the team coming and going from my house each day were always very professional, timely and courteous. Even when there was a needed tweak to our floor plan, the team was able to offer multiple suggestions that would work, and honestly, I think I love our bathroom floor plan even better than the original idea! We loved working with Chateau so much, we’re starting our kitchen renovation with them next week. Looking forward to having this amazing team back at my house! I can’t wait to see what magic they work on the kitchen project!

The final product of my kitchen renovation turned out beyond my expectations. Designer Tom Quinn did a thorough, well thought out design. Ryan Miller and Ryan Thetford coordinated the teams and the day to day issues. Elvis and cabinet installers were flawless. Christian at Classic Stone laid out the slabs from Mont in a very artistic way. Adam from Delph Plumbing was the only one to start his day at 7:30am. And his work was flawless. The wood and construction of the Omega cabinetry are some of the best I have seen. When two components were damaged in shipment, owner Steve intervened and shortened the wait time to keep on schedule. Matt Fryman at Lee Supply supplied appliances and his installers coordinated well with Chateau. Granite is sealed and wallpaper is near completion. 80 days from demo to done!

We had our kitchen remodeled by Chateau early this year. We started the design process and selections in the fall and demo started the second week of January. The whole process went very smoothly and we’d highly recommend the team. Shout out to Jeff, Rosbin & Elvis for their attention to detail! It took about 7 weeks from the start of demo to finish and we couldn’t be happier in our new kitchen. It is worth it to spend a little more for a great product and a project that is planned properly and finished quickly with quality craftsmanship!

An outstanding experience from start to finish. Chateau truly cares about the customer and does everything in their power to provide the best results possible. Holly brought our design ideas to life in the best way possible. Paul was super easy to communicate with and went out of his way to get the entire construction process done efficiently and without hassle to myself or my family. I would 110% recommend them to anyone.

Many thanks to Nicole, our designer, and Jeff, our project manager, as well as the team of people that transformed our 1984 Master Bathroom into a modern beautiful space. We are so glad we chose Château Kitchens for the job. From initial planning to final touches, the project was virtually seamless. We really appreciated the open communication, design and product recommendations, coordination of the on-site work and the efficient completion of the project in under 5 weeks.
