Great experience with these guys. Needed an add-on to existing shop. They were extremely reasonably priced, and did excellent work! No wonder they have so much backlog (which they are upfront about). Worth the wait!

Miller’s just finished a custom 60×40 building with a 20×25 porch for us. Russ was great to work with, very responsive. Most other companies wouldn’t respond or we never heard back at all. Prices were fair for a turn key project we didn’t have to touch. Building is very high quality and we love it.

They do not provide for smaller metal buildings and start with a large size. So much for voice of customer and meeting customer needs. I today’s world they obviously don’t need the business of smaller customers

My experience with Miller’s Metal has been great so far. The online design tool and/or the online quote form are both very intuitive. The turn around time for quotes has been very fast. Russ was also friendly and knowledgeable when I spoke to him on the phone.

STAY AWAY from miller’s!!!!!! Once you get to the contract in the deal with them, they give you paperwork, promise you they’ll order your metal material once you make down payment, take your money and hold onto it all while telling you they’re working on your order only to find out that they NEVER placed the order (even though the contract states they order right away) and then tell you they can’t get your material from their supplier and they want to refund your money unless you want to pay more for the material because their metal supplier is telling them they will have to increase their prices. But miller’s supplier says they’re not going up on price until later! What reputable business passes on increased prices to their customer before they’re affected by a price increase?! Very unprofessionally run business who could give a flip about their customers, it’s just about their bottomline and that’s all!!! You can believe me or not, but if I were you and considering purchasing from miller’s, I would do my due diligence first and ask them to put into writing that if they don’t order your material as soon as you sign the contract and make down payment, that they will pay you lots of interest on top of the down payment money. miller is nothing but a shyster, RUN!!!!

We hired Miller’s to build a 20 x 30 shop because they had the best price and a good reputation. We’re very pleased with the final product and they treated us professionally. Like most contractors you have to stay engaged for them to deliver a quality product on schedule. I’m happy to recommend them if you have time to keep an eye on their work.
