I bought a place in Broomfield in September, 2023 with elevated Radon levels. I reached out to Radon Gone to put in a mitigation system and liked what I heard. Being from out-of-state, they were willing to work with my availability for the installation, however they never showed for the initial appointment. When I finally received a call back, I learned the technician had been in a small accident which is why he didn’t make it. The next appointment a month later was another no-show. This time I didn’t even receive a call back. I then found Apex Radon and they showed up on-time and did excellent work. My experience is Radon Gone is a waste of your time.

Technician David was outstanding! Very knowledgeable and professional. Provided me with excellent information. Was on time and communicated with me on the project status.

Ultimately didn’t get to work with them. They came to my mountain home to install a mitigation system but due to the home being older, the mitigation system wouldn’t work as expected. They said they would send a more experienced tech to talk through options and alternatives, but after several emails I never heard back.

So this company installed their mitigation system and then went MIA. The radon levels came back just below the acceptable levels, like would be a D- if it were a school test. The vacuum for the system stopped working and Ricci’s solution was to install another system at full cost to us. They have yet to even offer to send someone out to look at it. Our system is less than a year old. We would never use this company again. Ricci never answers her phone and is impossible to get ahold of. She only cares about getting your money and then doesn’t care about quality or follow up work. Avoid at all costs, don’t fall for Ricci’a fake persona

I set up an appointment and they came out on Nov.3,2022 to estimate. It is currently Nov 14th,2022 and, after 2 phones calls to them over 1.5 weeks, I have not received a response or a written bid. So we went with Reliant Radon Solutions

David was professional, clearly communicated the installation process, and made sure the vapor barrier was completely sealed. In particular, the furnace in the crawl space needed to have the vapor barrier installed underneath it, which it now does. He went over the working parts after the installation with me. He was also nice to my 4 year old son and I felt totally comfortable with him in my home. Radon Gone was also the best quote I received.

We had multiple companies come to our home and give a quote for radon mitigation, and Radon Gone was not only the most knowledgeable, but also one of the least expensive! Forrest gave us multiple options for mitigation and explained the pros and cons of each. After answering all of our questions, he installed our system the same day with great results! I see why this company has such high ratings, and would recommend them highly.

Radon Gone installed radon mitigation exhaust piping and fan. Scheduling was precise and timely. Work was neat and complete. Explanation of equipment and follow-up were thorough, and both office personnel and technician were knowledgeable and so courteous! I highly recommend Radon Gone!
