Our entire home recieved high quality windows, excellant service and sales person very profesional and not pushy. Workers were polite, Prompt fast and great clean up work. Highly recomend Satarewide

Have to sue them to get them to honor warranty. Plus, have to sue them to replace a window THEY broke. Stay clear. Read Steve Lingle’s review. More of the same. BTW, it’s been over a year trying to get the one window replaced. Called again as instructed per the response. No answer. Left message at 10:20am CST 6-3-2024. 5:36pm CST 6-4-2024. Over 24 hours with no returned call. Statewide is all hat and not cattle. 3:20pm CST 6/5/2024. Over 48 hours with no returned call. Figuring out who these people really are? I hope so. 12:00pm CST 6/6/2024. 72 hours. Crickets. 11:00am CST 6/8/2024. 5 days. Find another contractor. You’ll be happy you did.

Another update as of 6/7/24: The switch to change from bath to shower is falling apart along with the water temp lever. Also, the plate it’s attached to is spinning free because, once again, the screws they used to fix it last time were the wrong size. Caulking also had to be replaced. Hoping they’ll fix the issues…this time. Update: they didn’t reinstall the shut off valves behind the tub. They would come in handy right now since my faucet is not shutting off. Quality control with this company is insanely bad. How do they have any good reviews? Had them do a new tub and shower in our new house. End result is not worth what we paid. Probably would have been more satisfied using lowes or Home Depot. Would never recommend this company to anyone.

We tried to use Statewide Remodeling to replace windows in our house and had nothing but trouble. Windows were warped and would not lock and after over a year of fighting with them Statewide refunded our money and cancelled the financing. We went to Thermal Windows of Tulsa and had better windows installed for far less money and they are excellent windows.

I’m so excited to start our bathroom project with Statewide remodeling. They have been so helpful with making decisions and recommendations. Isiah and David are the best so kind and patient with all my questions easy to get a hold of. They are gonna start in about a week I can’t wait, I will come back and let you know about my new improved bathroom.

When Statewide Remodelling first came to our area, I had a bad experience and wrote them off. When I ran into someone else and shared my experience, Statewide stepped up. They sent David and Clay, both who proved not only possessed of excellent acumen, poise, and charisma, but also an admirable determination to prove Statewide stands by its promised standards of peerless excellence. At the very least, their standards of customer service are striving to prove this promise, and the experience this time around proved a sincere step in the right direction. As far as their customer service goes they have proven this standard to my satisfaction. I look forward to leaving an honest review once business with Statewide’s installation crews will have concluded.

Was trying to buy just basic windows. Nothing fancy just the most basic windows they offered to replace all the windows in my house. Also stated I would be paying not financing. They would not schedule an appointment with me. They wanted my husband there as well. I informed him that was not possible but to go ahead with the appointment. He would not without my husband being there as well. I attempted to tell him that we was on the same page and knew what we wanted and had cash on hand. He still declined to make the appointment and while explaining why I just hung up. Later he had a lady with a Texas phone number calling stating it was company policy. I asked her why. Why isn’t the question is both of your names on this property. I honestly feel discriminated that I as a woman can not buy windows without my husband present.

They installed a shower, the salesman told us the chalking they used wouldn’t dis color or mold wrong mine has done both and it’s peeling off they cut into my wall about a foot or more from the shower edge and said that was up to me to fix.I called and complained they said they would get back with me , never heard from them . Called them a couple more times still no response. Doesn’t look like 8,000. Dollars worth to me

They have a employee working at home depot o. 71s (ps this is per the manager of the home depot. Said she don’t work for them but this company ) and she interrupted me on a call to tell me 4 times was free and 100% free bathroom remodeling! I even confirmed and told her was going to record her saying it was free she stopped and. Waited. And then I asked again she changed her story and said no its. Not free. Total scam artist I called her a f lier and. She was shocked so I said don’t won’t to be called out. How about not lieing? I then told front desk and they will not or could not Stop her. So be safe ! ok thanks for the reply but i dont understand somthing as if you read through your many reviews i see yall say A LOT about its not the norm? but yall say it sooo much in so many reviews it kind of seams like IT IS THE NORM!! ya know? and the fact you got home depot to defend yall lies and scams your bad selling tactics as when i offered to warm people that she is trying to scam. they said id be forced to leave the store! so your employee can keep lying to people and seams like yall do that a lot per your reviews that is and home depot as they allow it also. and the fact after i called her out she felt the need to go around the store telling others about be catching her making out like it was MY fault she lied many time! but ill see if it the norm or not if i see her still there trying to scam people and not fired ya know. we will see seams yall have a lot of wrok to do to stop getting bad reviews and not wast time on hiring liers and doing bad work be better worth your time to me that is. then work will come for free! all i can say is good luck but yall got issues as many see!
