Do not use this guy. His work ia definitely not quality. He did are flooring for our new home which took him months. Which it should of only took a week are so. He also did back fill for us and 3 sets of stairs for us which we had to pay someone to go over everything he did His communication is horrible went days with ignoring us. If i could give him 5 negative stars i would. DONT TRUST THIS GUY!!

In some of my previous reviews over the years, I have stated that I’m not especially fond of leaving negative reviews, especially about a small business, but sometimes they are warranted. Recently we discovered some pretty hefty rot underneath a section of our deck. Not knowing what other problems we would face underneath the rest of it, walking on it, and noticing a few of the boards starting to get soft and questionable, we would get a few estimates from contractors on what it would cost for a new composite deck. YETI was another contractor we called for a quote on a composite deck. I emailed the company, and a guy named Chris came out within a few days. He asked some pretty standard questions, walked around it, and asked what we wanted to do; we informed him of what we were doing, which was getting bids on a composite deck and looked to him for a few ideas. Chris was friendly, took some time to take notes, and seemed knowledgeable and interested in doing the job. Chris informed us that he would get a quote to us within a few days; we did not hear from him, so I pinged him a week later, and he was apologetic and stated he would get that quote to me right away, once again, nothing but crickets weeks later. I can’t say what kind of work he does but what I do know is contractors, in general, shouldn’t go through the motions of saying they will provide a quote and not see it through if a contractor is not interested in the job at hand then they should say so! So the reason for the two stars, not one star, is that he initially came out.

They ghosted us. We had a price and start date agreed. They didn’t show and didn’t respond back.

Chris with Yeti Constructions is extremely knowledgeable and easy to work with. I have worked with him on and off for years on many projects from full major whole house remodels to small punch list mini jobs. His attention to detail and craftmanship show in his work and his many many repeat clients such as myself. I look forward to many more years working together!

We went through Yeti Construction to do our deck last summer. The crew was very professional and polite to us and courteous to our neighbors. They started on time and ended work at a reasonable time. They worked weekends to meet our timeline and we were very thankful. The owner of the company listened to what we wanted and suggested some other ideas that could work better in our application that we didn’t even think of. We went with what he recommended and couldn’t have been happier! The deck turned out great! After the last week of nice weather we decided to put the deck furniture out and all we did was a quick rinse/ sweeping and the deck looked just like new. We have previously used Yeti Construction on our roof and some other projects and they do a consistent professional quality job. We will be using them to pour our patio and future remodel. Their prices are fair and you get the quality you want! We have tried other companies but we usually are disappointed with the end result, and or quality. The owner is very knowledgeable and easy to talk to.
