I’ve been working with Franke Construction on leasing out their commercial properties for nearly a decade now. They are great to work with. They are a family owned business and have a myriad of commercial properties to lease at any given time. Great opportunities for new and expanding businesses.

Nothing but great things to say. Don has been very easy to work with, got our job done on time and was quick to address the punch out items. We are now a commercial tenant of his and I couldn’t be happier.

We rented a condominium from Don & Belinda Franke. Our rental was in March of 2020. We had to cancel our trip due to COVID 19. The Franke’s refused to repay any of our money which we had paid up front, even though the agreement assured us of receiving at least half back. They were rude and unprofessional. We would not recommend doing any kind of business with them.
