To be honest, I was not going to write a review because we had some noteworthy negatives mixed with our mostly positive experience. I think honest reviews are important and I rely on them, so I will elaborate: Positives: 1- Our new bathroom is incredibly beautiful 2- The workers were efficient and very fast 3- We felt comfortable with the workers in our home 4- They offered to fix the grout in our leaking bathtub for free 5- The workers offered to pick up some supplies for us that we could not fit in our car 6- Workers were knowledgeable, on time & consistent. Negatives: 1- We failed all of our inspections (1 was our fault for choosing a faucet that was not to CA code) 2- The workers did not cover any of our furniture in our bedroom & since we have never done remodeling, we did not know that this should’ve been standard. 3- Workers put their dirty tools and supplies in our closet with our clean clothes… This was probably an accident, but we felt it was inappropriate and very disrespectful. 4- Our paint was chipping before the bathroom was even complete. When we asked what was going on, we were told they could just put some paint over the spots that were chipping. (While we are novice to remodeling, we know full well that “painting over” chipping paint is NOT the professional way to fix that sort of issue.) The paint should not be chipping in the first place, and if it was, then it should be sanded, primed properly and repainted. 5- The workers primed a wall that we never told them to prime or paint… When I asked them to please finish painting it back to the color that it was, they tried to tell us they “did us a favor by priming it for us”. 6- There were a few inconsistencies in communications that made us feel like we were being lied to. Here’s one example: we were told we did not need a backsplash (we didn’t know better); then when the bathroom was done, Leo told us we needed one or else the water could damage our dry wall — we looked this up & facts supported it, so we were annoyed that we were not told this from the beginning… Then, when we asked for a backsplash using the extra tile we had, Leo retracted his statement & said we didn’t need one. It was pretty clear that this was only because he didn’t want to do it after the fact. At that point, we didn’t want to fight because we just wanted to be finished– so now we have no backsplash. 7- I ordered a shower with horrible water pressure. This was entirely my fault & I take full responsibility; however, I expressed that I was very upset MANY times to Leo and his workers. The workers made an attempt to fix the issue and while it was greatly appreciated, their attempt did not work. Unfortunately, we paid them in full right after and from there, my continued concerns were completely ignored. 8- Update— some of our grout is peeling off & now we noticed our handheld holder is missing a screw, so it can’t hold the new shower head I bought. I obviously understand that once a company is paid, they are no longer indebted to you or even obligated to answer you, but I honestly expected better, especially given how much money we spent. All that to say, I have an incredibly beautiful new bathroom that I absolutely hate taking showers in. I have spent the past week searching for a new contractor to come and swap my shower panel out for me because I have not had a decent shower in months… Unfortunately, I will not be hiring this company again.

My name is Fred from Downey, CA – I would like to share our experience with Aldan Construction & Remodeling. The plaster on our swimming pool is coming off in pieces and the concrete around it are cracked and was pushed up by the roots of the palm tree on the side of the pool. We contacted and received four (4) estimates for the pool rehab and installation of the pavers on our backyard. The cost estimates of the four companies are basically on the same level, the differences of which are not that far apart. After reviewing and checking the reviews found on yelp, google and Aldan company site, we selected Aldan Construction; they have the current license and bonds as required by the state of California. You know what, we pick the right company. Timothy, Daniel and Gomez are the best in the business! Easy to talk to, very accommodating, they aim to please. When you call them or text them when we have questions, they respond promptly either by a phone call or text, either Timothy or Daniel. Awesome! Here’s what we love: 1. They made us select the pavers and the pebbles and explained in detail what they will do. 2. The work crew came in at 7:00 AM promptly, they just work and work and work and work. 3. The skills of the work crew is just excellent. 4. After the work day, they clean up the site. 5. It is like clock work, they have the city inspector, install the pavers and then install the pool pebbles, then the acid wash was done — water was added and then the pool start up. Then Timothy came in for the final walk thru to make sure that we are satisfied with the work that was done. Now, my family and grand kids are just enjoying the beautiful swimming pool and nice looking back yard with pavers. What a great experience! I would definitely recommend them to anyone who wish to have their pool rehabbed and yard paved. I look forward to working with them again if need arises.

Aldan Construction & remodeling inc helped me to remodel my kitchen.They seemed to be very experienced and made great suggestions which gave good results.They were very prompt during the project and finished at the expected time.They also cleaned up after they were done.Would definitely recommend them.

Working with Daniel and his team was a great experience. They are super professional and delivery work both in time and high quality. They converted my garage to a beautiful studio/apartment with a lot more than what I was expecting, we loved their design ideas. Both my wife and I are extremely happy with it and have recommended Aldan to all my friends who are thinking about remodeling. I would be more than happy to work with them in the future

I can’t tell you I was not worried or that they were my first estimate.. I cannot tell you they came in the cheapest either.. If to be honest I cannot even tell you there weren’t a few days when the guys did not show up a little later then they should’ve without even letting us know a day in advance.. What I can tell you however is, at the end of the day, when everything was all said and done, Eldan Construction came through like we couldn’t even magine in our best sweetest dreams it would be possiable to make our backyard look the way these guys made it look. Thanks Tony G and Daniel.. You guys have been true gentleman throughout the process all the way till now. It was an honor working together with you two.

Aldan Construction fully remodeled my kitchen. I had an very old one that needed a fresh new look. They tore up the old cabinets, knocked some walls and made it look amazing! i got new appliances , new floors, new cabinets and the island is so practical. Thanks Guys! A+
