Opaque billing, poor to no communication, took months to respond to simple requests, did not respond to a health and safety issue they caused, got it fixed myself. Do not recommend.

I have had the privilege of working with Credo Construction on two major projects during my tenure as an HOA Board member. After calling and meeting with several local construction company representatives onsite, Credo Construction was chosen for several reasons. They were attentive to our needs and concerns. They gave us honest feedback and advice. They provided a detailed bid in a timely manner. They were willing to work within our time frame and with our insurance company. Our on-site project manager, Craig S., has represented Credo well. He’s professional, timely, always reachable, highly knowledgeable, communicates well with others and listens. He provides work updates and notifies us of unexpected delays due to supply chain issues, etc. Our on-site experience has been just the opposite of one of the other reviews, we have had no issues with Credo employee parking or subcontractors work practices. They have been respectful to our owners property, cleaned up afterwards and parked in the designated areas as marked off for them. They have even asked to make sure they were in the right parking spaces. Our management company or the Board was/is responsible for notifying owners of Credo’s work schedule and time of entry into owner’s units. Previous notification is required. The owners are then responsible for securing their pets, valuables, etc. It is not Credo’s employees’ or their subcontractor’s responsibility to notify owners/tenants. Credo employees and subcontractors are responsible to provide the service that they were contracted to provide. I usually don’t write reviews, but I wanted to add some clarification. Credo is by far one of the best companies, with the best people I have ever had the opportunity to work with.

The Condo association , where I am a board member needed to have two 2nd floor decks replaced. We asked for bids from several companies, and decided on Credo. Their bid was the most comprehensive. A tenant of one of the owners wrote a Google review that was very inaccurate. While there were some delays in getting started, once they got started, the work was done professionally, and quickly. They also took care to install railings that meet the current standards for commercial properties. We had another company do a deck a few years ago, and they did not take care of abiding by the current code. The tenant was complained about being inconvenienced. They said that they were not told about a door being removed, which is not true. The stated toxic chemicals fumes, not true The product was a rubber cement. We used it for school project when I was a child. They stated that the workers left, well yes they glue need to set to get proper adhesion. The truth is that the tenant made requests that would have compromised the installation of the deck liner. When told that it could compromise the surface the tenant stated “I don’t care about the deck” I can highly recommend Credo for any job you might have

They were hired by our condo association to redo our outside decks/patios. First off, they’re slow. Secondly, they take up reserved parking rather than parking on the nearby street. The worst, by far, was the fact that they planned to take the door completely off between our house and the patio without telling us. Luckily my girlfriend was home and locked our cats away before they did it, because they’d only said they needed the door unlocked to tuck something into it. Not that they were planning to remove the whole doorframe and door for the entire day. When they put down the new liner for the patio, they filled our entire house with industrial glue fumes, left the doorway open so it would keep leaking in, and went to lunch, I guess for about an hour. Our entire apartment smelled like a chemical plant and they were nowhere to be found. Eventually they showed up again after I’d done my best to ventilate the house and only then offered to put plastic over the gaping hole where our entire doorframe had been removed, but they didn’t want to put any fans around to blow the fumes away because that might “compromise the surface.” Slow, irresponsible, reckless with their customer’s pets and health, and inconsiderate.

Credo did our post-flood rebuild that included drywall, paint, flooring, kitchen, plumbing, finish. We were very satisfied with the cooperation, helpfulness and workmanship of the company in working with us and the contractors from start to finish.

I Don’t Know if this counts as a Review because i worked for credo Construction this summer, but i have seen first hand how we actually care about what we do and we are as professional as you can be, and we do the work the best of our abilities and if we cant do something we either ask for help or pass it on to someone that can do it, and we don’t leave the problems how they were, but bottom line its a great company to work for to learn and make progress and get somewhere in life, but obviously above all its a great company to hire – Jayden

Working with insurance company was difficult, but Matt went above and beyond expectations with all his help. Great workmanship. Would use them again if needed

we had water damage several months ago and worked with a nice young man named Kory. He said he kept getting the run around with our insurance company. He then left the company before they started any work. He passed us off to Matthew who I think he said was the boss. I talked to Matthew once but then he stopped responding to my calls and I finally left a message that said if he wanted the job to call back otherwise we’ll find someone else. Very unprofessional to not return calls.

This company is extremely unprofessional. Phone calls are not returned by management. Promises are not fulfilled and management refuses to give you a start date on your project. Credo tied up my project which resulted in me loosing a significant amount of income. Do NOT use this company!!! Credo took 6 months to complete what was -they told me a 2 week job. Repairs were needed after their work was complete. Project manager was dishonest, way over charged and impossible to communicate with!! A nightmare to deal with this company!!
