I got help from Banegas Construction to finish a remodel of my condo (finishing up a few bathrooms, replacing doors, adding lights). I’ve been really impressed with the quality of the work that was done. They did the work on time, for a reasonable price. Good communication back and forth throughout all steps of the project. I’d recommend them to friends who want similar work done.

I approached Julio with a med/large scale home reno, with a very short turnaround. From the beginning, Julio and his team were warm, communicative and optimistic. As soon as the project began, we felt like we were in great hands, and as a result felt comfortable expanding the project and schedule. We always felt like we had Julio’s full attention, even though I knew he was managing other projects concurrently. Whenever issues or delays popped up, he was fast to act and worked with us to find quick solutions. Several months since moving in, we’re incredibly happy with our new house and the renovations Julio managed for us.
