A friend of mine who lives in Towerwood in Lake Wales, Florida lives next door to a woman who was getting her roof done. They sprayed and the wind was blowing and whatever it was they were using got on there golf cart windshield and when they were asked to clean it off, whatever they did messed up the windshield to where you cannot even see out of it! When Peggy Robillard asked Robert McMillain to kindly pay $125 to replace their brand new windshield on their golf cart (I remember when they got that new windshield) and his response was that “My brother will bring you a check.” So far she has made four phone calls and got voicemails every time. These are elderly people folks and with such a big company that made a simple mistake that I’m sure happens more often than not, you would think that they would give them their replacement fee of $125. I’m sure they’re a great company and they do amazing work. But when it comes to the little people and little mistakes, just be aware 🤷‍♀️

I’m honestly at a loss for words here. The work we got done from Scott and his crew was terribly unsatisfactory. Not only did they come back multiple times to try and fix their work, there was always something overlooked. It felt like they were challenged to solve a simple problem. We recieved steel work and showers from MT, and both sides were far from proffesional. The glass had horrible reveals and looked like it fit in a different house. Scott did not seem willing to work with us to get to a point where we were happy. Poor service, poor quality, i DO NOT reccomend using them.
