Unprofessional and fraudulent. I paid in advance for my last scheduled cleaning on 12/8 and no one showed up or called to say they were not coming. I have called an emailed several times and have not received a refund. Before this, they did not show up for a scheduled cleaning after I waited all day and it had to be rescheduled.

I used this company several years ago. And I haven’t used it recently. However a few weeks ago, this company scammed my credit card information and charged me more than $90. I do not trust this company. Be careful not to be scammed.

No one showed up for our appointment, no one called to let us know. Hours later was told someone would be out in an hour. No update no one showed. Later on they said they would come out the next day. No one showed, no call back no text. I wouldn’t use them if you’re looking for, well cleaning.

Terrible service and impossible to get a hold of. Cleaner showed up , and walked into my home with no mask. When I asked her to wear one, she said she had none. I gave her one to wear, as I needed the help. Cleaning was subpar. Steamed my floors, without disinfectant and didn’t even mop properly, Bc there were still stains on the floor. I used the website chat service to discuss my concerns and was told someone would get back to me. That was over a week ago , and still no follow up from them. Use another service. Do not recommend.

I booked this company to come and clean my home last September they did not show nor respond they now build me this February I would never use them do not recommend them and do not trust them with your credit card information because they will bill you five months later

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. FRAUD! DO NOT TRUST YOUR BANK ACCOUNT OR CARD INFORMATION WITH THEM, it is not safe here. I hired them once for a cleaning in Oct. The cleaning did a dissapointing job.. bathroom mirror still dirty, trash and dust still visible on kitchen and bathroom floor. Next thing I know, in November, they charged my card for a cleaning service that WAS NEVER PROVIDED. I called numerous times to see what happened and why I was charged a second time as a reoccurring cleaning, probably called 20 times since Nov 24th. No response. The lady on the phone told me that Peter, the owner would call me to sort out this issue since I received no service and my card was charged. He never called. I called multiple times again, now my calls go straight to voicemail. Its a shame that during such tough times, companies are scamming people of their money and falsifying about services, that is a crime. STAY AWAY!!!
