Drains guys are great. Punctual, fixed issue. Plumber I dealth with for a quote seems alright and knowledge. Set up a quote and informed me of other projects in the area that would cause delays, and even recommended competition just in case Dependable wasn’t able to take the job due to local contracts overwhelming them. Scheduling was a bit of a dud. Plumber setup the quote and all of the stuff on their end correctly, assuring me the office would be in contact. After several phone calls, a lot of waiting over the course of 4 weeks, and multiple “when we have a Plumber available we will call” days, and even a few calls from the remodel team, I’ve moved the $11k-15k pipe rebuild to another company. This has me wondering if I’ll ever get a call back. Must be out making big commercial money to blow off a huge residential bid. I’ll call these guys for stuck drains and minor leak repairs, but beyond that they aren’t available.

Every spring since we bought our house in 2019 we have had to call Dependable Sewer to get roots out of our line and they are always so professional and timely. I recommend them to absolutley everyone! They make a stressful situation so easy!

Garret was awesome. I highly recommend dependable to anyone that’s having any plumbing issues. Was less than half of what I was charged by a plumber that didn’t fully do the job.

Awful. We had water coming in our basement. The tech came around 8pm and said we needed our drain tiles cleaned and a sump put in. Told us we would get an estimate the next day. No estimate the next day so I called. The lady said he needed to come break concrete and put a camera down to see if we are connected to the sewer. I was very confused but scheduled for him to come back the next day. He never showed. Called again and they said we were skipped over and the tech would be back the next day. The tech came over around 7pm and acted like he didn’t want to be here. He said we weren’t connected to the sewer and we would get an estimate for the sump and drain tiles the next day. Estimate never came so I called AGAIN and was told they would get me the estimate. It has been over a week and no estimate. I ended up calling City Sewer and they were amazing. Told me we WERE connected to the sewer and got the work done for us. I’m grateful I didn’t go through dependable because we would’ve had a bigger issue. I absolutely would never recommend them. Save yourself the headache and call City Sewer.
