NEVER EVER use this company!! The written quote was received, agreed upon and an initial deposit was made. Brian Freeman determined that the full scope of work was not doable and would return the deposit…..I have not received the refund despite voicemail and text message requests. Filed claim in Small Claims Court this morning, we’ll see what happens next.

I was looking to have an estimate done for some work I needed done. He agreed to meet me later in the day. Later comes and he calls but then asks me if its something I want to move forward with ASAP and I said no, I just need an estimate first. He then raised his voice and said Im only looking to do work now and you can find someone else!!! Then he hung up the phone.

The quality of the work done years ago, as well as new work, remains beyond compare. Their prices remain lower then any other competitor. You speak with the owner of the company whenever you call, and there is no waiting time for return phone calls. They always show up on time for every job. I highly recommend this company for any job!

I first found Brian on Craigslist 2 years ago and since then I have NEVER had to call another contractor. First, Brian is VERY hardworking. You’ve just got to acknowledge that. He is passionate about his work and dedicated to his business. Second, his personality is so very likable. He is both friendly and professional. Every time I call him, I keep thanking God for the day I found Brian of Elite Professional Builders on Craigslist. Finally, his pricing is very reasonable. He is not greedy of gain and puts client satisfaction first. You going places Brian! Mark my words 🙂

I would NEVER referral this company to anyone! Mr. Brian Freeman is VERY unorganized, unprofessional, always late, never shows up when he is schedules and has extremely poor communication. He took a $2750 dollar deposit. over 3 weeks ago. and has barely done anything. promised to have New deck completed in 1.5 weeks. He constantly pushes my calls to voicemail and rarely responses. This is the worst contractor I have ever dealt with since owning my home in 12 years. I asked for a refund and haven’t received a response at all. (ZERO STARS)
