Nice, clean, and spacious. Private patient rooms and X-ray equipment. Thank goodness, no more going to second locations. There’s plenty of therapy recovery exercise equipment. Also, they have their own private bathroom. No more going through a full crowded gym borrowing someone elses.

We had a master bathroom and half bath completely gutted and remodeled along with some other home fixture replacements and some drywall work done. We are in an older condo building so they were dealing with some aging plumbing issues and our homeowners assoc. They handled everything! Kevin the project manager, and Andy the owner, were professional and personable, and always on top of everything. They were prompt to respond to questions and kept us informed as to progress or issues that arose. If there was an unexpected issue (always to be expected in older buildings) they let us know our options fast and adjusted work requirements quickly. The sub-contractors they work with are great! They were always on time each day, friendly and very conscious of cleaning up at the end of the day. We live in a small unit, so having major renovations while you are still living in the space could have been stressful, but it wasn’t. We wouldn’t look anywhere else for future work.

Very good workmanship, easy to deal with, fair pricing, courteous crews. Very pleased with their total reno of a 40-year-old jack-and-jill guest bath. Would recommend to friends and would work with them again.

I was so fortunate to have had Apter Remodeling/Craftsman referred to me. My experience working with Andy Apter and Kevin Mckibben has been a wonderful experience. They always went beyond the call of duty to make sure I was taken care of and that the project ran smoothly. The craftsmen they employed to build the project were highly skilled and got to feel like family after six months. The finished project exceeded my wildest dreams of how it would end up. I call them all “My Dream Team”, truly my dream come true!

We used Apter Remodeling to completely remodel 3 bathrooms, paint the entire house and install a large window. We were very impressed by the quality of work done by his-subcontractors, who were all professional, efficient, skilled and careful. His project estimate was thorough and accurate. He’s subsequently been very helpful with small tasks we needed as we prepped the house for sale. Andy is a delight to work with – he listens, does what he says he will & when. We’d recommend him to anyone.

Apter Remodeling has been our go-to for home projects for years. Their attention to detail is unmatched. Just recently they came back to make a repair on a sliding glass shower door they installed more than two years ago that was due to a malfunctioning part. They are the best!

Andy and his team did a great job on screening in our lower and upper decks! We were worried that bugs would still get in and our cat would get out. Neither has happened and it is just so refreshing to go outside and not have to worry about either. Highly recommend.

After a rigorous competative bidding process we chose Apter Remodeling/Craftsman to be the general contractor for the renovations and additions to our recently purchased 1963 home in Annapolis. We were not disappointed with our choice. The goals of our design and construction project were to make updates to the well maintained home, improve circulation while adaping it to an “age in place” enviroment. This included total modernization and enlargement of the kitchen, two bathrooms and a bedroom, adding additional closet and storage spaces , making extensive lighting enhansements and adding new and/or refinishing exsting finishes throughout the entire house. Apter Remodeling/Craftman did an excellent and very professional job throughout the entire process. Andy, Kevin, Carle and Adrian followed the architect’s drawings and specification very carefully, and when unanticipated problems arose, as they do on all renovation projects, they were quick to identify them so that we could work together for a satisfactory resolution. They were also very knowlegable with building code requirements and pleasant to work with. We, based on our experience, would recommend them highly.
