In 2020 we had our kitchen and upstairs flooring renovated by Jerry and his crew. It looks amazing, at first. Within a few months the floors cracked, the steps move when walked on, the pantry is separating from the ceiling. When I asked about fixing the flooring I was told the materials are no longer available, however I found them within two phone calls. When I informed Jerry of this he said great job, but never showed up to fix the broken flooring. It broke because of bad installation. He has not returned messages in over a year.

We hired Alward Construction to remove and replace a popcorn ceiling with tongue-and-groove boards, as well as remove a kitchen soffit and install new lights. Alward’s workers were tidy throughout the project, and we’re thrilled with the results.

Jerry came to bid a job for me and took almost 2 weeks before he told me he couldn’t help us. He failed to provide a bid and wasted a lot of our time. I would look elsewhere if you want a professional contractor who follows through.

Jerry has worked on our house in so many ways over the last 20 years. We were out of town and had a flood. We called Jerry who rushed over to help control the damage and then did the repairs. He has remodeled our master bath (down to the studs), fixed our roof and anything and everything in between! Jerry is the most honest and kindest guy you’ll meet. He genuinely cares about his work and his clients! Highly recommend Alward Construction Services!

Alward Construction did fantastic work! Jerry gave a quote and an approximate time frame it would take to get it done. The work was done on time and right on budget! It is exactly what we wanted and he helped us with a few details that we overlooked. They were very experienced, professional, and awesome to deal with. I would highly recommend Alward for any remodels or repairs!

Jerry did a great job getting my house ready to go on the market. Updated the kitchen, bathrooms, master bedroom, paint, and flooring throughout. Not only did he do a great job, but he finished on schedule and budget. I will defiantly use him for future projects and recommend him to my friends.
