Pro painting was referred to us by the paint manufacturer. The team did an amazing job transforming my ugly brick home with Romabio solid stain. Fair pricing and excellent attention to detail. A+ all around.

After working with a contractor the question I ask myself is “Would I hire this company again?” In this case the answer is “Absolutely not.” Pro Painting cut corners on several items and only addressed issues after we asked them to. They made excuses why they couldn’t deliver some of the items we discussed prior to signing the contract. It was also nearly impossible to communicate with most of the workers. I am now faced with hiring a contractor to fix the issues they didn’t address. Our 4-6 week project took 12 weeks and we had to beg for updates during the delay. Based on the name of the company you would think that at least the painting was good, but it wasn’t. Do yourself a favor an look elsewhere for a professional remodeling company.

The estimate was free but it was definitely a waste of my time. I was given an estimate that was double the price of any other estimate I had received. Thirty grand extra is definitely price gouging. I even had an estimate from another Trust dale company that was 30 grand less. So, if it’s not because of the trust dale name then why the ridiculous estimate? What a joke.

They are 7 weeks into a 2 week job! Installed the wrong tile. Calls and emails not returned for 3 weeks! Still not finished! Owner will not respond. Don’t see them getting final payment.

I am shocked to see the positive reviews on here. We had them come out to give an estimate sometime in July. Cliff was very polite and said he would have the estimate to us the following week. When we did not receive it, my wife followed up and he said he was on vacation and it would be a couple days. Here we are in August. I have had calls with Christian as well as the office manager (did not catch her name) who BOTH said the estimate was ready but not sure why sent. I had lost Cliff’s card but got the number but the mailbox was full. If it’s this hard just to get my estimate, then I can’t even imagine what it must be working with them. I just don’t get it. UPDATE: Been meaning to address this after owner’s response. I DID give them another chance and connected with Cliff who got me the estimate. Afterwards, I let him know I had some questions and asked when we can talk them over. He was very receptive and I was able to connect with him once to set up a time, and then….crickets. I tried a couple more times and finally gave up. The owner does not feel one star is fair, so how about zero stars? I would if I could. Let me be clear…more than one person in the office kept promising they would have the estimate sent. They did NOT have to do that. I would have been more than happy if someone said two weeks, but they kept overpromising. It’s good to see a lot of happy customers, but before you go on the attack, you might want to get your facts straight with your office. And no…there won’t be another chance here. You’ve had your fun.

Great communication, AMAZING QUALITY, really reasonable prices, FAST (but not sloppy/rushed) work, and incredibly RELIABLE. Their staff is super great!! Everyone who works on the renovation is an employee of PP&R, and they don’t hire independent folks to get the job done. That gave us so much more confidence in not only the quality of work, but also the reliability of each employee to show up and get the work done. We had our kitchen completely remodeled with its existing layout, and couldn’t be more impressed with the final product. You won’t be disappointed!!
