Navarro Construction did an incredible renovation of my kitchen. The tiles and all the cabinets and appliances were stylish and perfectly chosen. They were quick, efficient, and very personable. Navarro Construction has my highest recommendation and Ricardo was very knowledgeable and helpful through the whole renovation process.

Ricardo Navarro did a complete renovation for our architect daughter’s townhouse in Alexandria. This was a complete tear down and build out and up, including integrating geothermal, architectural details, demanding standards, stringent Alexandria codes and a quality finished product that’s won multiple awards. Ricardo and his crews are top quality craft people very familiar with Alexandria issues. In fact our renovation went from a ‘homely’ old Alexandria row house to an ultramodern Alexandria row house.

We met with Oscar to go over a project. He gave us a bid, but unfortunately, it was much higher than another bid we received, so we went with the other contractor and I let Oscar know as a courtesy. When the contractor we hired disappeared after only half the work was done (he did this to several clients and is being sued by a few of them…but we felt we broke even with the deposit so didn’t pursue anything) I reached out to Oscar to see if he could come and finish the work, which was about $5K worth of work still to be done. He was very rude in his response, I assume trying to “stick it to me” for not using him in the first place. I find this super unprofessional and rude and based on this interaction, would not recommend him. There are a ton of contractors out there and we have a much bigger project coming up that is more like $20-$30K and he basically walked away from that by speaking to me the way he did.
