New Hires Pay Attention! This company isn’t all what is promises to be. I turned down over 1/2 dozen of companies that wanted to pay me double what they offered. But I held out for them cause I thought their reputation and the values they stood by meant they actually treat the workers like family since that’s what the preach about being family-oriented but let’s clear the air. I worked there for nearly 45 days and when my family was sick; they understood to a point but when I returned back to work. It’s as if I didn’t matter only a burden. When I reached to my team of project management; they acted like I was better off that I left so they didn’t have to deal with me. The sad part was I submitted my resignation with option to discuss before I made it official but they terminated my employment before I could discuss anything or resolve issues to stay and have a career that I was promised to have. It’s amazing how a top notch company they claim to be; can be so cutthroat. They claim they value all their employees but it is sad when the acknowledged human resources as an office manager basically the help and how that individual claim you can always reach out to her if you have issue but in reality can’t wait to put you on the chopping block and has no real resolution to anything cause she is a nobody when it comes to resolving anything. So watch what you say cause no one has your back in the end. The best ones in the office are your project managers. They are the reason this company has a backbone. Cause the assistant project managers either want to check you when you do something wrong and stand over like a warden or they teach you how to do everything wrong and set you up for failure and to get harassed to fix a problem they created. When I wanted to have a sit down with the vice president of project management. He didn’t care what I had to say like when I first got hired. He defended everyone else and cried wolf how he couldn’t defend them cause they weren’t present. Yet your boss you think you can hear the problem and resolve then throwing in the towel and waving your white flag. But that’s when I knew and to pass long that when some managers can’t own up to their position. All talk no action. Your not equaled to your team when they already have you labeled as below your pay grade and you ain’t no one special. As far as their benefits, well they have great perks but your lucky if it worth it after 90 day to 6 months. Even at that, you work as a slave for company while everyone gets to enjoy themselves at golf tournaments and work for home status. I was out taking care of family who was sick and yet to work for home. I was denied but everyone who had a finger in their throat had every opportunity to work from home. Furthermore, I worked from Santa Fe and traveled everyday and they payed me below my experience. I figured they value my worth but learned they only valued the help I provided for the money they ranked in. I was wrongfully terminated due to the fact I chose to take care of family that they claimed they cared about but in reality had no heart to care and set me up failure. Plus, they continue to ruin my opportunities to work elsewhere just to prove how powerful they can be. As far as I am concerned, I’m thankful for opportunity to a future but I’m thankful I learned who they really are sooner then later cause they are the worst mistake to work for. If you want to be the best then treat everyone equal and don’t ask how your pronounce people last names or dismiss them without actually doing the work to salvage what could be resolved and lose out on a great employee. Not everyone is the same but to be the best; you gotta own your part then being all talk and no action. Hiding behind everyone else to make a name for yourself. I wish I knew beforehand but everything happens for a reason and I just got to fight harder to be recognized and not discriminated against.

This is the worst place to work at! The supervisors are loud mouth demanding & there is constant drama! They ridicule the people doing the hard work, and praise those that don’t do quality work! It’s absurd! People walk off the job because, if one supervisor is respectful the other disrespectful. This place is not a place you want to work under any condition! It’s not worth it.There is prejudice, it’s absurd what takes place! I’m being nice! This place is the most disrespectful place to work unless you are Spanish! Anyone else will be discriminated against!

This company had a driver that cut me off when I was trying to merge with my blinker on. We get to the light and the man gets out oh his work truck to yell at me that he doesn’t have to let me in even if my blinker is on. I’m a women and felt threatened and told him it’s people like him that are causing accidents. I told him to get in his truck and act like a gentleman. I had taken pictures of his truck that had his business phone number on it. I called and left a voicemail at 645 this morning and have not received a call back I tried again at 2 with no response. I for one do not want to work with a company that will not call someone back after something like this happens. Edit: after speaking to the CEO Mr. Baldwin he assured me that he does not condone the way his employee acted. Thank you again Mr.Baldwin for reaching out to me.
