Contractor for my snow removal, I attempted to make contact to understand their plan of attack and gain confidence in them as this was the 1st winter I had dealt with this co. After days and hours of trying to reach out the owner finally called me back..Rude, unprofessional and down right got Nasty with me for trying to get a hold of them and wanting to know anything g… I was ticked left a Google review, he called back and was going to void the contract…unless I removed review…. then they did a half hearted job all summer….owner, needs business skills and more importantly communicating skills company might be good for you but I’ll do my best to never use again on any of my co. 100 plus properties

Rocky Mountain Lawn Maintenance has performed extremely poor where I live. I have been a resident at Northview Apartments in Indianapolis, Indiana for over 4 years. The mowers go so fast that the grass is left uneven and uncut in all areas of the property and within days the property looks terribly neglected. Fertilizing is a joke! The fertilizer is left on sidewalks and then tracked into apartment homes. It is distributed so fast that the concentration is minimal (maybe the apartment owners are just being cheap). As of today, 5/13/2022, there have been no flowers planted in the flower bed at the front entrance as performed for the last 4 years (again, maybe the apartment owners are just being cheap). Most important of all is that limbs and sticks are disposed of by throwing them into the forest or in piles causing a fire hazard.

We have used Rocky Mountain for 2.5 years with no negative issues. Service is as contracted. Work is done well. Lawn and garden looks good. Price is on par with others. Personnel we have interacted with have all been professional and friendly.

Please don’t use peoples private driveways as your personal turn around and drag your trailer tires through the grass. Im not a customer and your truck and trailer just put dents in my yard when using my homes driveway to turn around. There were side streets just 100 yards away that could have been used legally to turn around.

Beware of the incompetence and confrontational attitude of the staff employed by this company. They will deny fault at any cost. If they are servicing your irrigation system, you’re vulnerable. Seek other options.

Asked to kill and reseed lawn. Slice sleeder couldn’t be operated by employees. Lawn grew horribly with obvious distinction to where machine didn’t work. It’s now spring, and I have the worst lawn in the neighborhood. Staff is very efficient in getting payment. Staff is horrible with execution, communication, and follow up.
