Big T’s Trees provides exceptional customer service! When I think of a top tree company in the Yuba-Sutter area, I think of them. I have seen them provide quality service to the community which is why I reached out to them for to assist with a community garden project. Big T’s Trees were quick in responding and were happy to help with a project that is designed for young children. Joe was great to work with and made the process extremely easy. This company offered to come out and help rescue my cat when no one else would! He had been stuck in the tree for 6 days. Very kind and generous people. Very talented as well because they were working around the power line. Great communication and very understanding of my situation! Speedy free estimate. Recommend!

Needed some wood for a fundraiser dinner for the Yuba County Sheriff’s Search and Rescue to make a nice raffle item out of. Tom came to the rescue & kindly donated 3 Beautiful pieces of wood for our projects. After loading, we made our way to the showroom where there are some beautiful custom tables & miscellaneous, WOW beautiful work by “Tom Harris Designs”. Big T’s Trees goes the extra mile to sure its customers are satisfied. Tom and his crew worked tirelessly, efficiently, and continuously pruning and trimming nine trees, removing two trees, grinding two stumps, and cleaning up debris. Big T’s Trees even proactively replaced and repaired a sprinkler head chewed up in the grinding process. The team’s demonstrated collective work ethic, knowledge, communication, and artistry is greatly valued and appreciated. Roger’s trustworthiness, humor, patience, commitment, knowledge, professionalism, and follow-through (from original estimate to absolute job completion) is extraordinary. Big T’s Trees has now twice serviced our trees, over recent years, and, when our trees are in need, we will most certainly again seek their excellent service.
