Thank God for cameras, otherwise I’d be paying for service I didn’t actually get. Dave Yekel (General Manager of TruGreen WB/Scranton) has a real problem on his hands, and if he doesn’t fix it, he’s going to lose a lot of business and cost TruGreen a lot of money. On two occasions this year (TruHealth Plan is 7 visits total), I’ve had “Specialists” show up to my property and do less than the bare minimum. On 5/8/24, specialist 202057, Lamore Walsh, parked his vehicle in front of my neighbor’s house. He took a few steps into my front yard and sprayed the grass for just a few seconds before leaving. He never stepped foot on the sides of my house or backyard. Ironically, he appeared to look at my house for cameras, and I don’t know if he just didn’t see them, but he left anyway. On 7/8/24, specialist 185959, Tammi Lord, showed up to my house, exhausted from the heat, and explained to my wife that she was having heart palpitations from being exhausted. I’m the first to understand this. She should have called into HQ and told them she wasn’t feeling well and couldn’t do the job. Instead, she tried to do the job but barely could walk through my yard pushing the spreader. Because of her exhaustion, she made no effort to weave the spreader through the property and instead just made a single pass before giving up and going back to her truck. I spoke to her directly afterward and was compassionate to her situation, explaining she should have called HQ and said she couldn’t do the job as it’s not fair to her health and not fair to me, the consumer. She acknowledged she barely did anything in my yard and offered to re-do it. I told her that wasn’t necessary, but that I was going to call and request not to be charged for the visit because barely anything was done. And that’s what I did. It is clear that if I didn’t have cameras, I would have paid for these two services that were never fully done. That is not fair to us consumers. The only saving grace at this TruGreen location, that I have personal experience with, is Charles Sudnick, specialist 18870. Charles might care about my yard more than I do. He always goes above and beyond, and I trust no one more with my yard than him. When I get a notification that Charles is on the way, I don’t even have to look at my cameras. If this review was based solely on Charles, it would be a 5 star review. When I get a notification anyone else is coming, I unfortunately have to watch to make sure the job is getting done. It shouldn’t have to be that way, but unfortunately it is. That’s the reason for this 2-star review. Hopefully, Dave Yekel is able to address this with his specialists and clean this up. This is constructive criticism with the hope that this gets cleaned up fast. I referred 4 people on my street to TruGreen purely because of Charles’s work ethic. I’d like to maintain the relationship with TruGreen, but unless this gets cleaned up, I’ll have no choice but to explore my options with their competitor Grasshopper.

Mason greeted me when I was coming outside. He pointed out that there was a bees nest building in my one Azalea bush. I never saw it and it was getting pretty big. Very helpful. I took care of the problem last night. Thanks a bunch Mason. 5*
