Update- Last week a rep from Countryside came by and replaced the damaged sprinkler head. So all is well that ends well. We would’ve been happy to wait and have it replaced when they were less busy but it would’ve been nice if someone would’ve reached out and told us that was the plan. We hired Countryside to winterize/blowout our sprinkler system. They performed the service and later that day we found a sprinkler head blown off the system and laying on the lawn. We called them several times asking for help and all they would promise was a phone call. Finally almost 2 weeks later someone came by and dug a hole in our yard and put the sprinkler head in the hole without connecting it to the system. Poor communication and deceptive how they “fixed” the damage they caused.

Not really a lawn care company. Had a contract with them to spray lawn. Last summer a lot of grass died due to the extreme heat. They said they didnt have time to reseed in the fall. Then in Feb they sprayed pre-emergeant without assessing whether the lawn needed reseeded even after we requested for them to do so last fall. So now we can’t reseed again until next fall. Not sure how that is a lawn care company. 🤷‍♂️
