a month agoSonia and her crew do a beautiful job cleaning my home which has 5 people living it. She often reaches out to me to make sure I am happy with the service and welcomes the feedback. Sonia is easy to get in touch with concerning any requests or rescheduling and always responds promptly. Karol’s crew is polite and respectful in my home and I appreciate all they do!! I love coming home from work to a clean, nice smelling home!!

2 months agoUPDATE FROM INITIAL REVIEW Down graded rating from 5* to 1* I initially provided this service with a glowing 5* rating and cited details of the quality of the service. Unfortunately, after trying to establish a long-term service plan with them, I can no longer recommend Sonia and the Karol’s Cleaning Service. I had overlooked some problems during the 1st cleaning session such as not cleaning obviously dirty kitchen cabinets, wall plates, fan above the stove, drip pans and several new or boxed items which I was forced to replace. I now understand why the service received bad reviews. I am more than happy to pay a premium price for quality service. However the quality of the results today – and the price charged – was so poor that I stopped payment on the check. As I am also self-employed, I have NEVER resorted to not paying for a service. Due to my health I didn’t immediately check the results. When I did, I was outraged and confused. It seems my kindness and respect for their work was not reciprocated. I feel disrespected, confused and disappointed by Sonia today. If I could rate them 0*,I would.

Sonia and her crew do a beautiful job in all areas of the house and pay attention to the details – right down to making the stainless tea kettle shine. They are easy to communicate with and respond quickly and kindly to requests. Highly recommended!

11 months agoI really don’t understand the bad reviews here. Miguel and his team cleaned our residence for a few years before we stopped to save money. A couple years later we needed a serious cleaning after refinishing our hardwood floors. Miguel accommodated the last minute request and came out on a Sunday. The job was very well done. You get what you pay for and we’ve never been satisfied with cheaper companies.
