We have an 1/2 acre property in Crestwood that is bordering with undeveloped wooded (and weeded) area. We intentionally choose not to use any chemical products for environmental reasons. When we started engaging with Andy’s, we had patches of overgrowth that we could not walk pass. And we had a few bold ideas to overhaul our landscaping. We worked with Gay for initial consultation. She was such a pleasant person to work with. She has an apparent passion for landscaping and plants and she always has good energy. After initial consultation, she offered to meet with us at SiteOne to help us visualize our projects. I don’t think many of your landscapers do that. Daniel and PJ worked on cleaning our overgrowth. They were very friendly and worked very efficiently. They were able to clean our property within the initial estimate, which of course every project owner is happy with. Communication with Gay has always been no problem. She always responses timely and shows up for appointments on time.

It took 2 months to get an estimate and when it finally arrived after a month of my calling it was missing half of the requests, estimating the wrong plants, and looked like someone had taken 5 minutes on the entire thing. They failed to tell me when I paid them at the consultation that they were 5 months behind on projects and I would have to wait that long for any work to get started per Dionne at the office. And when I asked for my consultation fee back she refused saying they had already put work into this and were due their fee! Joke!

Good design and product, but was very disappointed with the experience of working with them. The customer client communications during the project were poor. Once the job was complete there was no further communication or follow-up, just the bill for the balance. Was hoping for a continuing relationship, but they apparently were not beyond getting payment.

Everyone at Andy’s was extremely helpful and professional. They met with us several times to discuss what was best for our landscape project. The instillation was spot on, the the guys doing the work were pleasant and professional. It’s obvious they take pride in their work. We wouldn’t use anyone else if we have another project. We’d highly recommend them. Thanks to Mandy and Sean for all of the help!

So pleased with the total landscaping and irrigation overhaul that Andy’s crew performed for us recently! From the design that they created for us to the implementation of the plan to the timeliness and professionalism of the crew, we were very happy with the end result. They were honest about what we currently had that would work and what needed to be replaced and were receptive to working within our budget. Look forward to using them again for Phase 2 of our project in the Spring

Andy’s landscape service was the definition of professional. We hired them to re-do our entire front yard, install an irrigation system, plant new plants, and lay sod/pine straw. They started the project the exact day they promised. They arrived every morning at the exact minute they promised. They communicated with us the entire time and were extremely professional. When I would step outside to discuss anything, they would immediately power down all machines and wait for me to go back inside to turn them back on. They cleaned up each evening before leaving including using a blower to clean off all the concrete we had. They followed the plan that we had agreed upon exactly and even added in a few things that I asked for along the way. Many of my neighbors have stopped to ask who did my yard and everyone is impressed with how quickly and beautifully they did the job. They have since followed up to check on everything and make sure the irrigation is working properly. We are thrilled with the work that was done and recommend them to anyone looking for some landscaping to be done.

Sean Stewart and his team did an amazing job on a big residential job for us. Sean is extremely knowledgeable and was very attentive during the whole process. Their charges were very competitive and their work was exemplary. I would highly recommend Sean Stewart and Andy’s Landscape Service to everyone!

Andy’s installed a circular stone patio in our backyard and my husband and I couldn’t be happier. The crew showed up on time each morning, left everything orderly before leaving and completed everything in the time quoted. We will be using them again for our next project. The patio is absolutely beautiful and we highly recommend them!

When I first began using Andy’s the initial planning was done very well. Then the start date of my project kept getting pushed back. I should have seen the problem early but gave them the benefit of the doubt. They put the new landscaping in and put a very thin layer of pine straw to cover the bed up afterwards. With such a thin layer of pine straw tons of weeds are coming up. I had to hire another guy to come put more pine straw to fix the problem. A few plants died after being put in which is not the problem. The problem is how many times I was told they would be at my house to replace and never show up. I still have dead plants that need to be replaced and they have not come to fix the problem after being told numerous times they would be here. Andy’s is not a reliable company and I urge anyone who wants to do landscaping to choose another company.
