I live in a apartment complex here in Valparaiso they are the ones who maintain the yard and I think they do a phenomenal job, no not everything can be perfect but they work very hard and they do make my complex look well maintained thank you

I live an apartment complex that they mow, and every week they shoot grass in my mulch(unless I sitting outside watching). I have asked multiple employees to make sure they blow out the mulch. They never trim around our ponds. Kale rushes his employees to get it done as fast as possible, so they don’t pay attention to detail.

I was part of a funeral procession and one of their drivers made no attempt to even slow down. Mind you we were downtown and the speed he was going was too fast. He cut off our procession nearly missing two of our cars. Unprofessional and disrespectful. When I called to let them know their response was I should have stopped. I was part of a funeral procession and had a police escort. This is not the way to handle their drivers that have no regard for those around them.

Kale has been known to have a bad attitude towards his employees. My daughter’s dad was recently employed by him only to be abruptly fired Friday. He cited not keeping in contact with him the 2 days he was unable to make it in and said ‘your phone must be broke.’ No, YOURS must be broke because I saw the texts he sent notifying YOU of the situations that were at hand. Also, prior to him getting hired, I called him once. He answered the shop’s phone as if it were his own personal home phone. No greeting or anything, and he had a negative tone in his voice. He was also griping at some of his workers while I was trying to talk to him. That was VERY unprofessional. Lost himself a damn good worker over petty nonsense. 🤷‍♀️

Ground specialists is by far the PREMIER lawn and landscape company in this SPACE and TIME. They are very detail oriented… And have established great relationships with all their customers. If your looking for QUALITY and attention to DETAIL. This is it… LOOK NO FURTHER. Genuine QUALITY is RARE. I AM
