The work is still to be done, but we have seen the yard of our neighbor who recommended Tucson Turf. We had several estimates, and this was not the cheapest. The difference was that Jimmy knew his product and business inside out. Without selling, he went over all of our options, suggested landscaping changes (which TT doesn’t do), answered all of our questions and made sure that we understood the details that go into installing a yard that we can use and enjoy. We recently had turf installed in our backyard by Tucson Turf a few months ago & we love it. Wished we would’ve gotten it years ago. Great customer service from Jimmie (sales) to Wendy (office) to the install crew. It’s made a big difference (not just looks but also less dust from the dogs doing zoomies) & our dogs love it.

Fantastic company to work with. Jimmie and his crew are extremely nice and did a phenomenal job in my back yard. They stand behind their product and the workmanship and will do what it takes to make it right. I highly recommend Tucson Turf. My backyard looks gorgeous.

They have a child playing happily in their commercial but what I wish you all could see is how unhappy my children are playing inside the house because the new backyard we paid Tucson Turf for is leaking water from the irrigation they fumbled. Then took zero ownership & had zero urgency in trying to address it even when escalated all the way up to the owner Toby. They had an excuse for everything including failing to respond for days at a time, failing to notify us our backyard was leaking out of the old heads, (they didn’t knock on the door & tell my wife who was home, they didn’t call me & leave me a voice mail, they didn’t send me a pic or a text) then tried to say we didn’t touch that box it couldn’t have been us! as if this box just started to leak on its own after being bone dry for the 5 years weve lived here the same day these guys started working our irrigation. Also had an excuse for why we paid for gravel that they still haven’t laid in a certain area, why they couldn’t level a simple 10×14 area dirt patch for a shed, & why they dragged their feet for over 7 days after explaining to them the extremely urgent leak they caused. Jimmie, their salesman will know everyone in your neighborhood, he will overpromise & under deliver everything you are willing to believe. He said he would schedule the project on my day off. He didn’t. He said he would be here when we broke ground, he wasn’t. In fact he was on site maybe 20 minutes of the 48 hours in took to complete. He said he could run a simple poly line to a tree, it resulted in an irrigation nightmare that they took zero ownership of. We even offered them Gatorade & were nice to them. We had to pay another landscaper to clean up their mess. I have all the screenshots, pictures & receipts to back my claims if they care to challenge any of this. & am happy to chat with anyone who has questions about our experience.
