DO NOT RECOMMEND. NON-RESPONSIVE. THEY DO NOT HONOR ANY WARRANTY. You will NEED to hire a Master Gardener, Horticulturalist, and/or Arborist because their plant design, selection and installations of plants and water systems will be completely incorrect. Leafy greens should never be on the same line as cacti. It will cost you hundreds, if not thousands more, to repair the problems they will cause. They are non-responsive once they get their funds and will argue any warranty. They have been non-responsive since my last 1-Star Review. Any others having issues please reach out to me to discuss taking legal action.

Run from this company! Their work is horrible. No attention to detail. Suppose to be 6 wks took 6 months. Nothing looks right. A huge disappointment with my $135,000. They tell you what you want to hear which are lies. Its a huge problem when 95% of the company is new because they are so shady.

ZERO STARS! ABSOLUTELY avoid this company AT ALL COSTS and PLEASE read reviews! The recent Google reviews, ROC complaints and BBB complaints/reviews are all saying something! Several of their five-star reviews on Google and BBB are current and former lavender employees. All reviews should be required to be verified as actual customers. We had high hopes for this company. The owner stood on our site in January 2023 and sold us the dream that she’s a “boutique company” and in turn, that allows her to execute jobs quickly and work with home owners from a more personal approach. WRONG! This project has gone MONTHS past their contracted promise of one year and there is nothing in their contract that protects the customer if they don’t deliver. But they are quick to threaten daily interest accrual if you dispute their lack of work. No one shows up for work on REPEATED dates promised. We sat completely idle for six weeks with zero workers on site with no reasons given. Requests for work/materials/deliveries put in by our superintendent were repeatedly ignored or bumped for other projects. Items that were supposed to be in the design quotes were missed and never got done. Travertine and stone we picked out a year prior became unavailable and when picking out new materials, we discovered that we were only shown the highest level price range and had no idea any less expensive options were available- saving us TENS of thousands. Our recently hooked up hot tub has not worked from the start. A project we were told would be 8 weeks has gone on far too long and forward progress has only been made after having to send multiple letters of complaint and emails to Haley, and our team. All emails, calls and messages sent to Haley or any persons of authority go ignored or they have office staff reply. Even after requests. They sent out new employees to our site, claiming to be ‘damage control’ and still make empty promises. They suddenly show up to walk through and “close out” and collect final payments before items were even complete; then refused to finish or fix incomplete work by calling it warranty and refused to do it until payment is made. They have over $220,000 of our money and act like they are doing us a free favor. This project has been an absolute nightmare and has affected my mental health. They’ve posted pictures of our so-called “newly completed project” but fail to relay the REAL story behind those photos. As business owners ourselves, I would be DEVASTATED knowing even one person is as upset as I have expressed myself to be. A simple call from someone in management would have gone a long way but it’s clear this company has zero empathy for the people who are paying them. It’s appalling how they hide behind the staff that has zero authority to deal with our complaints other than to be the messenger and take the backlash. We just want this project completed but we fear we will never hear from them again if we make our small final payment (as other reviewers has claimed). Unfortunately we are left with no choice but to file formal complaints with the proper authorities.

DO NOT USE Lavender Landscape. Our project has been an absolute nightmare, and I don’t want anybody to go through what we’ve gone through. I honestly wish we never would’ve done this project because it has been such a bad experience. I will post the details below, but want to share that I have reached out to the owner, Haley, on multiple occasions to discuss this and she has never once responded to me. As a business owner myself, I am completely shocked at the disengagement, which is likely why there is so much chaos all the way down to our project. We signed our contract with them 8/30/2023. Demo didn’t start until early January. We were told our build would take 6 to 8 weeks (pool remodel, not new build). It has now been six months and our project still isn’t finished. We go weeks at a time with no one on site working. There has been a lot of rework because what was agreed to in the design, and signed by both parties, did not make it into the construction documents. I’ve been told on a couple occasions that the material we selected in the design (primarily our travertine) was discontinued but when I called the manufacturer myself, I found out it was indeed available and in stock here in Phoenix at the company they originally sourced it through in our design (thank goodness I took pictures of the samples when I picked them). Why lie about that unless the price has gone up since it’s been so long since we picked it and you now want a cheaper option? I’ve had to keep such a close eye on this project that I feel like I’m the one project managing it. When we ask for schedules and timelines, they give them to us, but not one of them has ever been met in the time communicated. I’ve had conversations with the head of construction, the project manager, and our superintendent, but it doesn’t move the needle and nothing changes. At this point we just want our project completed. PLEASE save yourself from a nightmare choose someone else for your project. (P.S. I’m sure this review will be removed as it appears the other 1 star reviews have, but hopefully it will prevent at least a few people from moving forward with them before it disappears)

I contacted Lavendar Landscape for a backyard remodel, as our existing yard had drainage issues that caused pooling water near our home’s foundation. I loved the design and I am excited to see the final results! Not only did Lavendar Landscape suggest a practical solution to address these issues, but they also successfully regraded the yard to prevent water pooling and added efficient drainage. Thanks to their expertise and attention to detail, our backyard now functions flawlessly during monsoons and around our pool. We are thrilled to continue our collaboration with Lavendar Landscape for the next 2 phases of our backyard remodel. The team will be adding a hot tub in place of an existing water feature, followed by the construction of a casita to serve as a pool house for our family and guests. We are confident that Lavendar Landscape will execute these upcoming projects with the same level of expertise and dedication that they have shown in the initial phase. Looking forward to seeing our backyard transformation unfold with their help!
