The team from Jackson’s came out quickly to offer us an estimate. Once we paid the down payment, they scheduled the work and completed quickly. It looks great and they did a nice job cleaning up. We will use them again.

Giving a 2 star, as they finally did come out. My request and quote was for ground leveling so I could put an above ground pool up. A pretty clear ask, I think. The first guy that came out, very polite, but only tilled and ranked, no leveling at all. Then they scheduled me again, no call, no show. Twice. Did not return any of my phone calls. To say unprofessional and frustrating is an understatement. The owner finally came out to level. However, it is not level at all. Its about 3inches off level.

I really wanted to support a local business, but the experience was bad. After a quote, we had problems getting them to respond to questions. Then, after we signed up for care, they didn’t contact us- instead, someone just showed up one day. Luckily, we had the yard ready, but there was prep that needed to be done. The worker showed up and said that they couldn’t de thatch the back because of our fence. That’s fine, but you would think that was something that would have told us when they visited for the quote. They said we wouldn’t be charged for it though, but we were. They charged us for it and kept our card on file without permission. And they tore up parts of the yard. Ultimately, we paid $1000 to have a small front yard de-thatched. They had put down seed, but so little that we had to seed ourselves, especially in the tore up patches.

Jackson had a large team of guys for what I thought of as a smaller project. They were on time, on budget, and done in just one day. The guys even worked through some rain! Very happy with the results!
