Irresponsible company with inept & incompetent employees who not only force their way into backyards despite purposeful latch locking, but also think everything green, no matter how tall, is grass, and proceed to cut down & destroy actual plants even when clearly visibly separate from grass area. Of course none of these guys speak any English & calling the company is useless as nobody ever answers, you have to leave a message & nobody ever calls back. Filing a complaint with HOA & also BBB.

Pesticide using company. Completely toxic and they ignore you when you try to contact them. They don’t answer their phone ever. Stay far away. Edit: I attempted to call them 30+ times over 2 months to figure out what pesticides they use. They refuse to call me back. This company knows it is wrong. Never seen anything like this

A company that does NOT provide any information about what is the pesticide their employees pour on community green areas shared by children and pets, often spraying around them while playing outside. As a homeowner in an HOA community, so have basically zero saying over what landscaping company is contracted but for the hefty HOA fees one would expect basic information provided by said landscaping company on what they spray around my house! Chlorpyrifos? Glyphosate? Rose water? A company that is non-caring about their employees’ health and safety protection when applying said secret chemicals. Maybe I’m wrong and half a pair of latex/vinyl glove is all that needed as PPE. A company that claims to offer landscape services, yet NEVER collect their plastic ‘area treated, contact us for details….’ ground signs. These are always get mowed over by their lawn mower crews. Let’s add more microplastics to the landscape, sure! One thing I wish to stipulate: the actual ground keeper crews deserve *a lot* of credit; often working in ridiculously hot weather, they are sure hard workers and some of them stops their mowers to pick up random trash, instead of mowing it over.

HLS has used my property for their nature calls. This is disgusting and though I complained there was no action from HLS. The second incident happened today and I doubt if they will do a thing. This is beyond disgusting. Update – They left the community and hope the new one doesn’t repeat this.

Live jn broadlands. This company responsible for removing leaves off common areas. That entails blowing them into people yards and bushes. No tress on my property but Leaves will be as high as bushes after weekly Common area service. Company just Denies doing it.

Rating this Company was made difficult because I think that they are doing a good job of maintaining lawns in Potomac Green, but they seem to be ignoring me on a special pruning and trimming project that I agreed to pay for out of my personal resources. I signed their estimate, but when I tried to talk with about increasing the scope and cost to me, I have received the “Silent Treatment” from their project manager. Therefore, I rate them “Poor.” Overall, Average or even lower.
