I just had an encounter with a very rude person driving their company vehicle. The driver was yelling at me through the window while i was trying to help my child with a medical emergency. He also got within inches of my vehicle and that doesn’t seem like a good representation of a company of someone they should want out on the road. Definitely reporting this!

This company was excellent to work with! I was in desperate need and they were the only company in town willing to help me out so quickly. Highly highly recommend! Not to mention they did a fabulous job on a yard that was in some rough shape!

My former landscapers just stopped answering the phone and it took me weeks of trying to find a replacement until I found Benfield. He was prompt in responding and came just two days later and cut my lawn and now Todd is my current landscaper. Couldn’t recommend higher!

I had some work done to handle water around a building. Now I know the job was not done correctly and has caused problems. I called to let mr Benfield to let him know and asked him to come out to see what I was talking about. He said that he wasn’t responsible for the work this guy he hired to do. Mr Benfield said that correcting water problems was not his forte. But I paid Mr Benfield for the work done not to the person that did the work. Stand by your business things sometimes are done wrong by your employees and ONLY YOU SHOULD MAKE IT RIGHT!!!

Started using Benfields Landscaping about 8 or 9 months ago and have always been pleased and satisfied with his work. Just had some shrubs removed and some trimmed back and also pine needles put down and it looks great. And his pricing has always seemed fair. I would 💯% recommend him for your lawn needs 🙂🌳🍂 …

Replanted some plant, blew away leaves and laid A LOT of mulch. my place looks great! He was very kind and easy to work with. He even checked a couple of days later to see if I was happy with everything. will continue to use him for all my yard needs.

We started using Todd because our disabled neighbor used him, and he took such good care of him. He does our yard now and we find his prices are fair and his service is great. Thank you Benfields!

Asked the owner to come mobile vacuum the leaves in my yard and not block the driveway the owner got a attitude and said find somebody else to do it. I need to be able to watch my vehicle . And hung up. If your running a lawn business your suppose to accomadate your customers wishes after all they are the one’s paying you.
