Randy came to do the estimate. He was very professional and easy to talk to. He asked and listened to details of my project. Carlos (I think) and crew showed up and worked very hard. He asked questions and truly cared about doing an awesome job. Mike stopped by to bring additional supplies. He also was very professional. He introduced himself and also ask how things were going. So 5 stars to the whole crew.

I have had Kyle’s Landscape services since the start of Spring. They fertilize and have done some landscaping. The guys are pleasant and the girl who manages the phone in their office is very efficient and friendly. I find their prices comparable and their work is thorough. Thank you!

John and his crew crushed it at our new home. With a long list of things that need to be done inside the house, we needed some help on the outside. John’s crew removed the three types of mulch we had in our front beds as well as cut new edges and installed some new landscaping brick. I came home and loved the new house a lot more with the new look. The crew did an excellent job on the cleanup too. After the install we talked about future projects around the home, with Johns laid back ,whenever your ready, approach I know my family will be coming back to Kyles Landscape service and referring any and everybody we know.

Estimator had clear instructions of what was to be done. Project manager not so much called and said when they were going to start I specifically asked for minor additional work to be completed to the project manager he said they would take care of it. I offered to pay additional because it was not in the original bid. Project manager said if there was an additional charge he would send a bill. Work was completed but the additional small amount of work was not. Received an email to let him know when the grass started growing so the straw netting could be removed. Grass was about 2 inches called was advised that the project manager would contact me before they came out to remove the straw netting. 2 weeks no phone call from the project manager. Called again was assured the project manager would call before coming out. About 4 days after the 2nd phone call workers just showed up. To remove the straw netting. Office help extremely nice. Estimator extremely nice. Project manager you decide. Would I use Kyle’s again it’s questionable . Payment was made the same day the project was completed. So, I guess there was no incentive to complete the job. Kyle’s has a better reputation than what I experienced
