Absolutely the worst service I have ever had to deal with. Multiple no call/no shows and disrespectful administrative staff and clerks. For anyone who reads this, be advised they contract their work out and they are completely unreliable.

Every LawnStarter pro I spoke with tried to convince me to sign up with them individually instead of going through LawnStarter. They also apply long grass fees if any part (not most) of the lawn is over 6″, even though the fee is not used for anything special (no special tools or equipment, no other precautions taken by the mower). I recommend looking elsewhere for lawn care. Update: LawnStarter has an exceptional customer support system and empowers their team to do their best to make things right. LawnStarter sent out a third pro to provide me with one last cut for free. While this corrected our balance on the books (the previous mow was essentially the cost of two visits) it was not enough to keep me from cancelling the service. Perhaps new customers should start by talking with LawnStarter customer support, they seem to know who the best pros are.

They have bad customer service and are liars I was quoted 46 bucks he comes out and says my grass is to long after kneeling to take a picture and them lying for a complete day about showing up I wouldn’t recommend

Love this service! Very organized, efficient, reliable & always show up when they say they will. Not to mention, value for your money. Not too many reliable services out there anymore. Highly recommend them.

Lawnservice is starter company, had one visit and did not show the second service, company expects you to commit to atleast 3 services, and to provide 48 hour notice of any rescheduled appointments, but they in turn disrespect your time as they did me and rescheduled on me 2 times before the initial service then didn’t show the second scheduled date, lied that they were coming the next day following and they did not show, then did not show the day after that either, but had the nerve to charge credit card and lied via app that services were complete. Be warned if you are looking for consistent steady lawn care.

Really pleased with our experience with LawnStarter so far. Getting set up was super easy and the rep I spoke to on the phone was friendly & informative. The app is super user friendly and makes it easy to manage our mow schedule as well as receive notifications on upcoming mows/completed jobs. Levi has been our go to mower and he always does a great job! Highly recommend!

My yard looks amazing every time Jose and the LawnStarter team come out. Even with all this rain they keep their appointment and do a phenomenal job. I highly recommend their services!

The service was really good. The staffs were friendly and informative when I made a phone call to order the service. The app is user friendly, I can easily to trace the progress and order the service I want. The choice of the recurrent service is few. I have a small yard, the biweekly lawn mowing is over the need. I will recommend the service to whom they don’t have much time to do the arrangement and need a straightforward service.
