This company came and did a quote for some concrete work and landscaping, and then “ghosted us” with no communication no responses and no quotes received. The gentleman that came out and estimated seem to be knowledgeable, but the customer service part of the experience is definitely lacking so we will not be using this provider…

Warning No customer service they installed the fence extremely poorly. I have left several phone, text and emails with NO response. The gate fell off the first wind that came through. It is extremely poor craftsmanship. I have never seen such a poor workmanship in fence construction. Plus Juan up charged me. Don’t use them. I have given this company the opportunity to make the work right. No response so my guess is we have your money so F you.

**UPDATE: A month later our patio has cracked. Tried to contact them, and of course no one ever responded. Once they cash your checks, they’re gone!** They did our patio, and it turned out great, but they completely tore up our yard in the process, which they said they would reseed and put straw, etc… Well, Juan came back and partially seeded and then ran out of materials, and he said he ran out. Never came back, and I haven’t heard from him since. They also got concrete splatter on our walls and didn’t clean it, and it won’t come off. So yes, the patio looks nice, but they don’t finish the job cleanly and don’t fully finish the work promised.

We got a quote from Juan and then they came to do the work. That’s where everything went downhill. We added a basketball court & side patio to our backyard & the craftsmanship to the labor was terrible. They rutted up our entire yard, front and back. We have 5 inch ruts in our front yard that have to be filled now. They left a 35,000 machine rental in our front yard for a week killing our grass that still had concrete rock in the loader and all over our front yard. My husband called Juan, I called Juan (vm completely full by the way) and sent messages over Facebook asking when they were coming to get the machinery and clean up the concrete in our yard. He then blocked both myself and my husband on social media so that we could not reach out to him. As soon as my husband paid him (which do not pay until you have everything done the way it should) they left the yard. We paid him because my husband was leaving for work and wouldn’t be home the rest of day. I would never recommend this company to anyone. Stay far away. Now we have a huge mess of a yard to clean up. Also, when they mixed up the concrete, they got it all over our brick fire pit!
