Blown away by the amazing work Grand Design just did at our house. We were in desperate need of a new driveway and Ben came out and helped design a gorgeous paver driveway for us. He was candid and easy to talk to. I didn’t feel like I was getting a sales pitch but felt like I was talking to an expert who knew what he was doing. We had some drainage issues in the past and he designed a super cool invisible drain on the driveway so water doesn’t pool. Once we broke ground, Victor was the project lead and was also excellent to work with. He is methodical and his attention to the little details made the project look so good. He and his team work hard and do a great job. We plan to have Grand Design back next summer for phase two of our project. I will be referring all my friends to them for landscape work. 10/10.

I have used Grand Design for two different backyard projects and have beautiful results, despite the fact that my house sits on a steep hill and completing the project involved load after load of soil, rock, pavers, etc. to be wheelbarrowed up and down a challenging incline. Ben has a great eye and suggested a couple of design ideas that I would never have thought of myself. The staff is polite and prompt, and they were open to making minor changes at my request as the project emerged. I liked them so much the first time that I didn’t take bids on my second project–I just called them. Don’t hesitate!

In February, we used Yelp to solicit local Landscape Contractors for a concrete driveway extension and an added backyard walkway for our grandkids to use as a scooter and electric car roadway. Also, to demolish an old rock raised planter area and an old rock retaining wall. We got bids from several Contractors and interviewed their designers. We went with Grand Design Landscape because they were local, and their designer,Ben Benesch, has been a licensed contractor for 17+ years. Ben was very professional, personable, and extremely knowledgeable. He listens well, makes great design suggestions, and was very keen to give you “the customer” what you wanted in a finished yard project. While Grand Design Landscape was not the lowest priced job bid, it was competitive and we felt they were professional, honest, and most importantly that they would ensure we get our yard project completed the way we wanted it! From the first day being on the job site, we were very impressed with Grand Design Landscape’s work team; Victor and Alex exemplified the mission goals of Grand Design Landscape; they came to work each day focused on getting our yard project completed the way we wanted it; checking in daily with us that it was getting done like we wanted it. Similarly, the Concrete Team, led by Mario and Santiago, were double-checking with us at each step to ensure the Concrete driveway extension and backyard walkway extensions were as we wanted them. As a result, when all the work was finished we were extremely pleased with the finished products. And, it was all done on time and on budget!! Consequently. I would highly recommend Grand Design Landscape and Ben Benesch’s Work Team for doing your yard landscaping and concrete projects! P.S. – Feedback from our neighbors, … said they really were impressed with Grand Design Landscape’s workers. Our neighbors watched daily as our yard projects were getting done and said the workers were “go-go, non-stop” the whole day and cleaned up the work sites daily.

My side yard was a disaster. There was no way my husband or I could have revived it. I called Grand Design. Within one day, Jasna called to get the information she needed to start the process. In one more day, Ben called. We quickly made an appointment; he visited me within two days. After discussing what needed to be done, we made an appointment for Victor to come to do the required work. After one day of Victor’s hard work, my side yard had been excavated, fabric laid down and then rocks covered. It looks like a new space. I absolutely recommend Grand Design for the quick response, the quick assessment and the quick work that has changed the entire space to one that is not depressing and overwhelming. In addition, the price was most affordable. I certainly will contact them again, when I need more work done.

Our backyard was trash, until Ben and his crew showed up. The transformation is AMAZING. The work they did and do is OUTSTANDING. The design is PERECT the kids LOVE IT. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM FOR ALL YOUR landscaping needs. Thanks Ben the Family Loves it.

Property Care Systems – Grand Design Landscape just finished a backyard project for us. They were professional, respectful of our property and neighbors property, and had very courteous / experienced staff. We first met Ben at the home show in Reno and we were impressed with him right away. A good family man just working hard running his business. We hired Ben to install a fire pit, a paver patio extension and the foundation for our greenhouse. He listened carefully to what we wanted and was very flexible when we made minor changes along the way. His crew was top notch and worked with us during the construction to get exactly what we wanted. At the end of the day, we were very happy with the work that Ben and his crew did. Ben is very easy to work with, as was his experienced crew. They are all communicative and they know what they are doing. We highly recommend Property Care Systems for your landscaping projects!

Ben and the team did a fantastic job remodeling my backyard. I had initially planned just to upgrade some wooden planters to something more permanent and add some stairs flush to the doorways, but as we talked about it more, I found that the yard still wouldn’t meet my needs given the investment I would be making. I am not a gardener and I much prefer a minimal amount of maintenance in my outdoor spaces. With that in mind, we came up with a plan to redesign the space featuring a large paver patio with a big pergola (providing much needed shade in the summer) and firepit area much more aligned with how I actually use my backyard. My favorite touches include a soldier-sailor border to the patio and a curve from the stairs to the side yard which provides a finished look. For the duration of the 8 week project, the team was punctual, clean, responsive and receptive to feedback, and got their work done with minimal disruption to my workday. The only tweaks to the initial estimate were add ons I had initially thought I could do without but decided were worth it in the end, otherwise there was no surprise charges or hidden fees which is a big concern with projects like this one. They provide a service that cannot be DIY’d and were clear about the steps they were taking and why. I’m very happy with the results and will recommend this business to anyone!
